Awesome place to stay at! Everything was perfect and Luis was a great Host being very communicative and making the stay super safe just like home. Will come back!

Very clean and tidy apartment with massive fridge space and well-equipped kitchen. Great for solo travellers and long stays. Throw blanket is super comfortable - couch is a bit too easy to sleep in as a result. Heater is nicely located next to working desk so it was really a lifesaver since I had many early (chilly) morning calls. Speaking of, good internet speed too! Didn’t notice any lag or connection issue during group conferences. Passcode lock is a great convenience since you don’t have to carry anything with you when you leave. Restaurants and groceries are walkable (~15 min) even if you don’t have a car. Neighborhood is quite residential so feels safe. Make sure you have quarters ready for the laundry room that’s across from the apartment! Host replies nearly instantly and very thoroughly. Highly recommend!

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

Great place stayed here for a few days. We love Costa Mesa, so it was the perfect location close to a lot of good restaurants. The place is exactly as pictured, full kitchen, very nice bathroom. And most importantly, they had Cotton balls, no place ever has cotton balls. The place is simple and very clean, the bed very comfortable it was so hard to get out of bed I felt like I was being cradled by Jason Momoa that’s how comfortable this bed was. The AC was loud, but we didn’t need it. Ceiling fans were enough. Thank you!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Loved our stay. Place was clean. One thing I would point out is that it a tri-level, 2 flights of wooden stairs. My parents would not have been able to stay with.

I’ve rented other Airbnb homes. This one has been the cleanest the pictures do not do it justice. This will be my go to place in the future.

ive stayed in tons of airbnbs n this was genuinely my favorite one thus far as it was incredible in every aspect! it was clean, safe, exactly as described if not bigger than i imagined, and comfortable. Laura was also so wonderful to work with. She was so friendly and utterly helpful for my many questions — very accommodating to my needs as well! the price was great as well especially considering everything available to us. i would absolutely 100% return next time im in the area. 10/10 experience!

We had a great time at Alex place, was super clean, everything new, a lot of space, bedrooms and beds, towels, the location was great just 12 minutes to Disneyland and 10 minutes to the Outlets, 55 minutes to Universal a 3 min to Target... A quiet neighborhood and secure, enough space to park. I do recomend this place, Alex respond super quick to any doubt we had... Thanks

Stayed for 3 nights in my home town . Placidias place was great and central to everywhere I needed to go. Very friendly and I felt very safe . Loved it .

Beautiful, clean and new home! Victoria was so sweet and accommodating. One of the best Air bnb experiences we’ve ever had. Even when we faced a challenging week personally as we were moving, she was caring and communicative. My family felt at home, great location and stocked with everything we could need. Highly recommend!

This place meant a lot to us as our family of 3 spent a whole 6 months here during a job transition! It’s the perfect location - walkable to so much - and surprisingly quiet at night for such a busy area. Joe always responded when needed, but we didn’t hear much from him otherwise. Carlos, the handyman is the best! Great layout, too - two full bathrooms in such a small space! Highly recommend this spot.

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

Eve’s place right across the street from Disneyland was great! The unit was the perfect size, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel after a long day at Disney. We had 7 people total; 4 adults and 3 kids (2 under 4) and it worked well for us. It’s a really easy walk to Disney as well. Everything in the unit was perfect and it was well appointed with amenities. Eve was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. The unit was very quiet, did not hear neighbors but could watch the Disney fireworks from the patio which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would choose Eve’s place over a hotel next time for a trip to Disney.

Seth was the ultimate five star host. He was very responsive with clear instructions. The condo was beautiful and very clean and had all amenities that we needed. It was close to everything including a lake access. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo. The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
