We took our 2 teenagers and dog away for a couple of nights to chill out & we done exactly that! The house was exactly what we were after, location was amazing, right on the banks of the loch, along with hot tub and coal fire & absolutely peace we have had the best weekend, didn't want to leave. George was very helpful, messaging us before and after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The village shop is literally just 2 mins walk with all your needs if you forget to bring anything. Very friendly and served the most amazing coffee and homemade cakes. Can't wait to return soon. We had a great stay at Julia's Airbnb and would highly recommend it. It's in a perfect location, very spacious and has great decor and facilities. We've stayed in Killin a few times over the years and this has been the nicest accommodation we've had. Everything was fab and we'll certainly stay again if in Killin.

I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

Cragowlet was a beautiful stay with big and beautiful rooms. Very specious and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom which is always a big plus. Brian as a host was wonderful! Helpful and ready to give guidence and advice for local activities if we needed it. Cragowlet was beautiful and we definitely want to go back if we're in the area again. Couldn't recommend more! 👌

We had a wonderful New Year here. The stunning and ever changing views across the Clyde from the large living room windows are excellent. A great place to relax, draw and spot wildlife. The place is spacious and plenty of room for 2 couples. This is our 2nd stay and we loved it.

La promesse de la vue était fabuleuse et nous avons pas été déçus. Si vous recherchez un endroit paisible et isolé, c’est l’endroit parfait. Il n’est pas parfaitement placé si vous cherchez les endroits touristiques à visiter mais le lieu se suffit à lui même pour quelques nuits et il est parfait pour se reposer et profiter du calme. Les chambres et pièces de vie sont très belles et bien décorées. Merci de mettre une belle maison comme ça à disposition.

Very spacious and described exactly but missed paper towels.

We have really enjoyed staying at Ann's lovely home. It was clean, spacious and plenty of games for evenings and rainy days. The location is amazing and can easily explore Inveraray on foot. Would definitely love to return in the future.

Andrew and Lisa were both really friendly and the place is a great base for walking; warm, comfortable and handy for lots of good hills. It's compact but had everything I wanted and everything worked fine (great shower). Excellent place to stay, will be back.

The apartment was exactly as described and in the pictures - fantastic value and very smart in comparison to other accommodation in the area. Gordon is incredibly professional and we’re really glad we chose to stay here. Some amazing hiking around the Loch too.

This a great wee apartment, cosy and comfortable with a terrific view across to Loch Tay and the hills beyond. It’s well-appointed (new kitchen and bathroom) with a comfortable bed. The sitting room is a little small for four people, but very manageable ( there were two of us). The location is good, about one mile from the town and the path/road is easy to walk. Killin is a lovely town, lots of walks nearby and good cafes, restaurants etc. as well.

Lovely lovely apartment right by the lake. Mesmerizing views, amazing shower, well equiped kitchen and we even had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us. We felt at home abd had a wonderful time !

This a lovely flat and even had surprisingly good views, which I was not expecting but was delighted nonetheless. Great decor and vibe, would happily stay again and recommend to anyone.

I booked Suz’s birthday place after an awful experience in Largs the night before. Her responses were so quick I felt reassured straight away. The instructions were clear and the flat was perfect. If you’re from London it doesn’t seem small! The decor is bright well designed. The loch was wonderful for running beside during my sunny stay and I loved the 21 Grains bakery. It’s very close to Glasgow airport and is well connected by trains and buses. I was actually spectating at Inverclyde in Largs and it was perfect for that too.

This place has got to be one of the best we have stayed at for location as the views from the accommodation were just stunning and right on Loch Etive which was also fantastic for paddle boarding being on the door step. Beautiful wildlife all around to watch through the huge living room windows that look out at Ben Cruachan and Loch Etive

This is a great place, right in the heart of Dalavich, at a very reasonable price. The accommodation is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are great, friendly and informative. Dalavich is beautiful and a great place to visit. We had a fantastic time. I would stock up with provisions before you come and bring them with you though. I would highly recommend this accommodation and the location.

Thank you Frances! It was wonderful staying with you. We were only here for one night, but in that time we really enjoyed it. Frances was very helpful and helped us get from Port Appin to the accommodation, which is not a given. We would recommend anyone to come here. For those who want to experience Scotland's nature away from the tourist crowds, this is the place to be.

Sehr zu empfehlen für 1-2 Wochen mit Kindern (4&7) für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, egal ob Fähre auf die Isle of Mull oder Zug von Arrochard&Tarbet nach Corrour (sehr einsam, super für Wanderungen) oder die Wanderung von Inveraray Castle zum Dun Na Cuaiche Watchtower). Die Gastgeber waren super hilfsbereit und sehr diskret, immer bereit zu helfen oder Tipps zu geben. Küche perfekt ausgestattet, auch alle Basic Zutaten, tolles Esszimmer, super gemütliches Doppelbett. Insgesamt eine perfekte Airbnb Erfahrung! Vielen Dank!

Truly welcoming and generous hosts. TirNaNog is the perfect space to escape modern stress. The grounds are stunning and peaceful, with a wonderful array of wildlife. There were so many thoughtful little touches throughout the cottage, really surprising and far beyond any place I've stayed. They really have thought of everything and I will definitely return.

The perfect place to decompress after our 7 day road trip around the Highlands! John greeted us upon arrival and welcomed us to the cottage. The views are absolutely breathtaking + homemade biscuits!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful destination to relax.

This was our third or fourth visit to this beautiful house. My wee boy and niece adore the house and so do the rest of the family (and the dogs). It is so peaceful and there are lots of lovely places to visit near by. We will be back again! Beautiful surroundings, great shower downstairs, comfortable beds and couches with great internet

Our fifth visit to Hamilsmay. The children are now 15 and 12 and still beg to come back. It’s a super relaxing week that we all look forward to - we read, did jigsaws, played cards, walked miles, and spent a great deal of time starring out the window at the red squirrels, seals, birds right there. It’s just the perfect spot - so special to all of us. Eileen hosted us this time. We all love her - she knows everything about the area and we felt looked after. We’ll be back! Thank you!

I have booked Clare’s place a few times for colleagues and they have loved it, Clare is a great host, makes everything very easy and is always helpful. It’s a beautiful location and it’s a such a reasonable price for what you are getting, would recommend.
