Loch Lomond Chalet

You’ll love my place because of the quiet peaceful surroundings beside a small stream and looking out over Loch Lomond. Situated in a private holiday lodge estate at the foot of Ben Lomond looking over Loch Lomond to the mountains beyond. There is a sandy beach just in front of the lodge. My place is good for couples, families and pets. Rowardennan is on the quieter eastern shores of Loch Lomond at the foot of Ben Lomond. There are NO shops in Rowardennan but online groceries can be delivered.

Perfect for a long holiday or short break with family or friends, a special celebration or even a honeymoon! Or just to enjoy beautiful scenery. Great for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - 75 mins from Edinburgh. Lovely year round – in summer, sun and dining on the decking; in winter, walks and warming by the log fire. Wonderful views always!

I spend much of the year here myself but love to rent it to others to enjoy whilst I'm away.

The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

Luxury, en suite cabin with its own private hot tub. Includes light breakfast and tea/coffee in room. The contemporary retreat with its own private entrance and decked area is located overlooking Allt a’ Chaorach stream. The stylish interior includes vintage furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows and reclaimed wooden flooring. The room has a king-sized bed, walk-in shower and a drinks refrigerator. Fully heated for winter use and a patio door for summer comfort.

Enjoy Oakdene Cottage and its great views with hosts next door. Dog friendly with nearly an acre of established garden and space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area whilst being relatively close to Glasgow with good connections and only ~50 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.
