Set within the bustling community of Mullion village, this delightful old cottage is featured on the Mullion Heritage Trail, its records dating back to 1783. With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. Secluded woodland cottage, close to SW Coast Path

Thick stone and cob walls keep this beautiful little cottage toasty in winter, and gloriously cool in the hot summer months. Little Trembraze is set in a woodland glade overlooking a valley. Built in 1840 as a mill workers’ cottage, it has been renovated to include a log burner and air source heating. Perfect for walkers and wildlife watchers, it is a get-away-from-it-all experience. Own entrance and parking, no other property in sight. Just 1 mile from SW Coast Path. Kingsize or single beds.

Formerly three silver miners' cottages, Robin Cottage is a comfortable holiday cottage in the historic market town of Helston. It is ideally placed for exploring the fishing villages and beaches of West Cornwall and the Lizard Peninsula. It is two miles from the sea at Porthleven, a thriving fishing village with many cafes and restaurants. The cottage is five minutes walk from the centre of Helston where you will find shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is not wheelchair friendly.

A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. The Dinghy - A traditional Fishermans cottage, it is one of the oldest properties, nestled into the coastal village of Coverack. It been in our family for around 200 years. It provides a modern, quirky interior with traditional beams, note ceiling height is around 6’, there is a enclosed south facing sunny terrace looking out to sea. Situated just a stones throw from the crystal clear waters of Coverack beach, which is safe for swimming and direct access onto the South West Coastal Path.

Watch the sunset from the window seat with views across the valley, while sounds of the church bells and the Helston brass band waft through the air.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Beautiful barn within gorgeous wooded countryside located only a short walk to the beach and coastal path. Our visitors are attracted to the South West Coastal Path - Kennack Sands, Lizard Point and beautiful Cadgwith with a great pub - recently featured on Countryfile - are all within walking distance. We are dog friendly and there is a great field next to the Piggery for dogs to run around in.
