The apartment is lovely and comfortable and in walking distance from local shops. Had everything we needed as a family of 4.

Lovely place to stay, very close to Sefton Park, everything I needed - and more - was provided. Would love to stay again if in the area

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

Lovely stay for a weekend in Liverpool. Apartment was very spacious and clean, comfy beds and good location. Gina was very helpful and gave us clear instructions for everything, thanks for a great stay!

Loved our stay here. The apartment is brilliant. 6 of us stayed there and it was really spacious. 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The location is great too, it was only a 2 min walk from a car park and a 5 minute walk from some bars. We would absolutely stay there again.

Gorgeous place to stay, exactly as described, clean warm and comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with all utensils if you want to stay in and cook which we really appreciated! Perfect distance from the city, quiet area with shops/ cafes close by. Host was very helpful and friendly, would stay here again in a heartbeat :))

I was delighted to stay in this Airbnb. I felt instantly at home, it was warm, cosy, v comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend and stay again. It was just down the street from the train station, and the local shops of Waterloo

My third stay here. A peaceful, very clean flat. Spent a pleasant afternoon wandering around the near by Sefton Park and the amazing Palm House. Will certainly try and book again when staying in Liverpool

Gary was very good with communication. We had a problem with the microwave whilst we were there and it was sorted out within the hour. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was a short walk to the bus. plenty of parking at the weekend too. Thank you Gary, I would highly recommend 👌

Tina is a wonderful person and host, and is always willing to go the extra mile for her guests. Loved staying at this lovely studio. It has everything you need. I’m recovering from a long illness and found this place to be just what I needed to heal and recover. Very private and peaceful. Thank you for your kind support and hospitality.

Took my other half to Liverpool for his birthday and this apartment was a brilliant find for us to stay in. Great location where you could walk to the centre or the docks. Rachel was a fab host who gave very clear info and instructions for check in and check out. The apartment was spotless, everything clean and tidy. Brilliant host and brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

Deze B&b ligt direct tegen het centrum van Liverpool aan. Alles is beloopbaar. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip! Pluspunt is ook de gratis parkeerplaats voor een auto, zeker zo dicht bij het centrum. De B&b zelf is een modern appartement voorzien van alles wat je wenst. Kortom een aanrader. John heeft erg duidelijke instructies om zelfstandig in- en uit te checken, verliep daarom probleemloos. John reageerde ook steeds erg snel en vriendelijk.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s special place it really is as good as everyone says in the reviews. It is by far the best AirBnB we have stayed in and all the thoughtful extras in the kitchen and the bathroom I think should become an industry standard as then everyone would have to pack a little lighter as lots of things I bring I didn’t need as Paul supplies them. Like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil; both cooking and olive, kitchen roll, cling film, tin foil and 4 bottles of water chilled in the fridge which was very welcome when we arrived hot and bothered. Bathroom similarly well equipped with most toiletries you would need inc ladies sanitary products. It really is a home from home with high end furnishings and a bed even more comfortable than our bed at home. Paul was so responsive to messages at all time also. We definitely will be rebooking as soon as we can. Thanks again.

Catherine's flat was wonderful - very well equipped, clean and bright. Communication was excellent throughout and I really appreciated the flexibility with check - in and check - out times. The location is excellent right by the park which was great for the dog and just a short bus ride into the city. The parking was a real bonus making everything easier. I would defiantly stay again when in Liverpool. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for my boyfriends 30th and had a great evening inside the property. There was 15 of us all together and there was so much space. The pictures really don’t do the property justice on how much space there really is. The layout was great for such a social gathering. Rooms were spacious, well heated and comfortable. We didn’t go out so I can’t comment on the location in terms of restaurants, bars, distance to liverpool centre. But if you’re planning on staying in, I would 100% recommend this property. Thank you!

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

Excellent location most comfy bed in the world. Excellent communication host was very helpful in anyway All the facilities you would need Very spacious apartment. 5 mins walk to bars restaurants and sightseeing. 100% would recommend 👌
