Second time booking on here. It was a great place to stay. First time booking with my brothers and sisters to bury our dad but we loved the location and the home and host she was amazing the house manager very sweet woman. I would definitely stay again minus all my siblings. The ocean view right outside was truly a blessing. Loved how spacious and comfortable the home was. No complaints and communication was good any questions or concerns were promptly answered. Neighborhood was very friendly and it was a very comfortable experience. Felt secure staying there with 24/7 security no real complaints to note. Go ahead try the home you’ll enjoy your stay too. A+++ would stay again

This is my second stay at this house, it is clean and peaceful. Michael is very responsive to messages and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay

Our stay here was amazing. Nicole, Conroy and Debora were more than accommodating and made sure that we were extremely well taken care of. They went out of their way to take care of all of our needs and to ensure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Jamaica looking for a great experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Monique's beautiful place. The home is fully stocked at which I was impressed. The view off the balcony is amazing in the mornings. The drive to home is absolutely beautiful and scenic. I felt safe there and at times would sit in the living room and leave the door open. I barely used the A/C as the temperature was cool and the breeze would blow cool air into he home. The trees and plants on the property was a pleasure to look at. This place is really a hidden gem in the rain forest. Monique and Jason were prompt in answering or addressing any of my concerns. Look no further. You will love your stay here. I will be back. My stay here was perfect. It’s in a great location and the views are amazing as it overlooks the ocean. The house was spacious and clean, including the pool. It has everything you can ask for. It is great for families who want to experience the old school vibe of Jamaica. The host, Ryan was also great and easy to communicate with. I will definitely return again!

Our stay at the River House was magical, peaceful and enjoyable. The roaring sounds of the river outside, lulled us to sleep every night. The decor of the home was impressive and comfortable. Any issues we had was readily addressed to our satisfaction. The host was always available and responsive. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting a private oasis to escape to. Our favorite restaurants to dine was Strawberry Hill Restaurant and EITS Cafe. They both had excellent food and breathtaking views of the blue mountain area.

We hosted a group of Canadian tourists who were excited to experience Jamaica beyond the all-inclusive resorts for the first time, and they had an amazing stay at Artvark. Everyone felt right at home and so relaxed that no one wanted to leave. Chef Stone and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We keep returning to Nigel’s place when in Kingston because its so lovely. Thank you Nigel for offering your home as a home away from home!

Wir haben 3 Nächte bei Grace und Lloyd verbracht. Da Grace nicht anwesend war, haben wir die Souterrain Wohnung mit einer kleinen Küche erhalten. So konnten wir uns selber versorgen. Dies ist im Vorfeld sehr wichtig zu wissen, damit man genügend Lebensmittel mitbringen kann. Vor Ort gibt es nur Minimarkets mit ganz geringer Auswahl und da die Strasse zur Unterkunft sehr holprig ist, hat man auch wenig Lust unnötig zu fahren. Das Haus und die ganze Anlage sind wunderschön und herrlich für ein paar ganz entspannte Tage. Es gibt einen schönen Trail zu den Tacky Falls.

Lissette's place is, in a word, an all in one, one stop shop location. There were a couple of days that we didn't need to leave the property. Everything needed was there and provided. Lissette can and will, if allowed, provide all of your vacation needs in-house. Just ask. She is well informed and well connected within the community and can get you anything needed and anywhere needed. Barr none. She can provide meals and all other accommodations needed, and at all reasonable prices. If she can't provide it, she can get you to the most reasonable place that can. Over the course of a week, we gained a new family with Lissette, Chrissy, Chris and Susanne. We feel eternally blessed to have known them. An experience of Jamaica and life that we will not soon forget. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
