Our beautiful Lighthouse Lodge is Situated on Poplar Farm Leisure Park, located in the Lincolnshire coastal countryside, and close to the stunning beaches of Sutton on Sea. Doggies are very welcome, there are lots of dog walking trails and close to dog friendly beaches Boasting 3 bedrooms, one king-size master bedroom, and 2 rooms both with large single beds. There is a toilet and sink and a separate toilet and shower room, perfect for 6 guests. Plenty of space for socialising in the lounge/kitchen area and the outside balcony and seating area. Enclosed whixh is pergect for your children and dogs. Everything about this accommodation has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. As a self-catering accommodation, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. Linens, towels and toiletries are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property.

The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! Breakfast basket is included for the first morning, and is £18 for a basket for 2 each additional morning. Optional extra: Prosecco on arrival £25

Caravan by the beach

The caravan is in a quiet location 100 meters from the beach. There is WIFI in the caravan. In the living room you are welcome to use free view, Netflix, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, DVD Player. There is a dining arena with a table seating 4, and a well equipt kitchen area. Our caravan has 2 bedrooms. A master bedroom with lots off warderobe space and a twin room with 2 beds that can be made into a small double if needed. There is a shower room and toilet. Beddig is provided.

The Bell Tent is secluded area away from the main site in it's own little area with a small outside kitchen cooking area, toilet (and sink) and fire pit area. Each bell tent (2) have a double bed, two single beds, a toilet hut, BBQ, kitchen area with a sink, stove, equipment and a camp fire with wood and seating.

Welcome to Dennis, our 1970s converted Fire Engine. All our units here at The Layby Lincs have a king size bed, AC for hot and cold, an outdoor covered kitchen area, a private bathroom cabin and your own wood fired hot tub. We are closer to a luxury holiday cottage than we are to camping. Dennis has an 3ft stock fenced garden for supervised off lead time with your furry friends. Our Samaritan tank is an ex military vehicle that has been converted into a glamping pod to sleep 2 people. Other accommodation is available to book in conjunction if there are more than 2 people in the party. Pets welcome at a charge of £20 per pet, please note that pets may need to be lifted into the accommodation.
