Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

Updated decor and furniture with comfortable beds are just a few of the amenities. This home is set up wonderfully for long-term stays. Nice east facing garden patio and a large back deck for afternoon BBQ's. close to Golf, parks, shopping, 20 minutes to the casino. Beach access is 2 blocks. Please notify when booking if you are bringing one pet.

The Beach Bungalow is the perfect beach getaway for families. It is located in the desirable Olivia Beach neighborhood in Lincoln City. As such, guests can enjoy common space amenities such as Olivia Beach's private beach access, a park with a play structure for children, a sand volleyball court, & a fire pit for roasting s'mores. If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

Come to the beach, not a cliff. This is one of the few places in Lincoln City you are actually on the beach not on a cliff. You are full of options here on fun things to do or just sit and relax. The home is 2095 sq. ft; upstairs is a large master bedroom, with a small office area with a desk and HP printer.
