Leuven: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour chez Marleen, qui nous a très bien accueillis ! Tout correspondait à nos attentes. Un petit plus: la cuisine était équipée de tout le nécessaire et c'est agréable de trouver des éléments de base en arrivant, comme des épices, de l'huile ou du café.

This is one of the very best airbnb’s we’ve booked! Lieve is an outstanding and accommodating host. We expected to arrive early, and through easy and quick messaging, Lieve met us in person and showed us the flat. It is lovely, quiet, very walkable and had everything we needed for an easy stay. We had a lovely stay at this cozy studio. While it's on the smaller side, it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was nice, just a short walk to the center and the main interest points, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. One of the highlights for us was definitely the terrace. Would happily stay here again!

Had a lovely week-long stay at Laurent’s for work. Felt right at home and was positively surprised about the amazing balcony and view spreading over Brussels. The kitchen was stunning, I wish I had had the time to cook in the evening sun, as it was beckoning me to do so! The flat even has a jacuzzi, although I didn’t have time to try it out! Short walk from everything, a big supermarket right next door and cute restaurants, close to metro and buses. Bolt/Uber also took around conveniently when needed right from the corner. Laurent was very helpful and the ground floor concierge made the check-in super smooth. Easiest check-in maybe in my history of AirBnBs! Lovely place, I think I know where I will stay whenever work brings me to Brussels! ☺️

Jelle and Bram were great hosts, very responsive via message and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with our stay. Good location with nice surroundings, nice walk into the city centre. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay with Annie and Daniel. Their apartment is perfect, very clean and well equipped. You feel immediately at home. The location is also great, on a quiet street but superclose to two big supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Unbeatable price, too! Don't doubt, book here!

Très agréable séjour. Lukasz a été arrangeant et toujours avenant. Mais il faudrait revoir les ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles, faitouts, poêles) car les poignées sont cassées et ce n'est pas pratique. Et les plats qui étaient dans le four étaient sales et inutilisables.

Très bel appartement. Très propre. Il y a un bon restaurant italien à 2 minutes de marche ainsi que épicerie et pharmacie. À 10 min de voiture de Ing Arena ou 25 minutes de marche. Le quartier est sécuritaire et tranquille. Je recommande à 100% 😊

L’appartement de Priya est très confortable, vaste et soigné. Il est extrêmement propre et parsemé d’attentions pour le voyageur. Il est situé au rdc d’un immeuble de bonne facture, à proximité des grands axes et des transports ainsi que d’un parc. On y est pourtant au calme et le petit jardin a l’arrière est un plus . Le garage est à 20 mètres, on peut aussi se garer dans la rue au coin de l’immeuble . Tout ici est accueillant et Priya est fort bienveillante . Nul doute que je ne chercherai pas ailleurs quand je reviendrai à Anvers !

Es war wunderschön in diesem herrlichen Herrenhaus. Allerdings muss man fit sein: die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und durch die hohen Decke ist es gefühlt ein Weg in den 5. Stock! Da war es super nett, dass der Gastgeber meine Tasche hochgetragen hat zur Begrüßung. Ein kleiner Nachteil der oberen Wohnung ist auch - wie auf den Fotos auch zu erkennen - dass es kein Fenster gibt, aus dem man direkt raussehen kann. Aber wettgemacht wurde dies durch die Möglichkeit, das Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss samt Terrasse und Garten mitzubenutzen. So hatten wir dort einen schönen Osterbrunch: vielen Dank!

Entspricht der Beschreibung, Lage top, mit Öffis sehr viele Touristenspots einfach erreichbar

De woning is heel licht en ruim. Nog meer dan je door de foto's zou verwachten. De omgeving is rustig en toch heel dicht bij het centrum. Munire is heel aardig en behulpzaam. We voelden ons meer dan welkom. En bonus was dat er 2 lieve katten in huis waren. Ik voelde mij er erg thuis.

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage bei Curt und Eugenie verbracht! Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die ruhige Lage und den großen Garten einfach ein richtiger Wohlfühlort. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

ik kwam aan in een mooi, nette goed ingericht huis met veel voorzieningen. het viel me vooral op hoe schoon het huis was. mooie sfeerverlichting en duidelijke instructies van Francesco. over alles ben ik zeer tevreden en is het voor herhaling vatbaar.

Super séjour, Maïté et Peter ont été très accueillant. Le logement est comme sur les photos pleins de charme et décoré avec goût. Il y a tout ce dont ont a besoins la cuisine est très bien équipée (huile, épices, ...) Le logement est bien située à pied des restaurants et des chemins de balade. Comme il y a 2 ans nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour

We had a great time! The Natural pool was really nice! Marco was really accommodating and super flexible (we had to arrive a day later than planned and were then greeted by his wonderful mother in law). When I couldn’t get the TV to work, Marco responded immediately and stayed online until it was solved. Thank you!! 😊

War von der Straße etwas schwer zu finden, das kleine Schild mit der Hausnummer ist leicht zu übersehen. Aber sonst war alles prima. Die Wohnung hat den Charme einer historischen Bausubstanz, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad hat eine moderne Dusche und die Heizung funktioniert. Die Möbel sind zum Teil schöne alte Eichenmöbel, leider ziemlich stillos durcheinander gewürfelt. Und es gibt nur ein Doppelbett mit 1,40 m Breite. Alle anderen fünf sind Einzelbetten. Insgesamt haben wir (2 ältere Paare) sehr wohl gefühlt.
