Lovely rental in a fantastic location. If you’re looking for a charming place in Orient Village, this one offers excellent value. It’s close to restaurants, a grocery store, and the beach is just steps away. You can enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing on the patio, which is a perfect spot for breakfast in the morning or a relaxing dinner in the evening. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Tibo’s place was nothing short of sensational. The location is prime, right in the heart of Grand Case with a beautiful beach mere steps out your front door and countless bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The location boasts a private onsite parking space which is worth its weight in gold, given that parking can be scarce in the neighborhood. The apartment was a perfect launching spot for exploring different beaches and areas of the island. We met friends in Philipsburg one evening, and even that is only a 30 minute drive. Tibo was responsive, professional, and friendly. He accommodated an early check in and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this spot for any and all travelers.

j'ai adoré mon séjour chez Amy, extrêmement gentille et aidante. Ses messages textes étaient détaillées et aidants. Distance à pied de 3 magnifiques plages, Mullet bay un coup de coeur. Une multitudes de restaurants à quelques minutes de marches, ne pas oublier d'essayer le délicieux restaurant Sea food vibes juste en dessous :) je recommande fortement un séjour dans ce Airbnb.

This is a great place to stay. You have a great little beach. The apartment was very clean. We especially liked the deck facing the ocean. That is where we spent most of our time. It is really close to great places to eat. We would stay here again.

Absolutely stunning views of Grand Case right from your balcony. You cannot beat the location. A very short walk to amazing restaurants but the beach outside your door is very private and quiet. Best of both worlds. My husband and I had an amazing time. We had family staying in two other units and they loved the location and building as well. We never had to reach out with a question or problem because the instructions were very clear and outlined ahead of time. Whenever a message was sent, the response was always very quick.

Wow—what an unforgettable stay in St. Maarten! My friends and I booked this stunning 3-bedroom home to celebrate my birthday, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The house and the view were absolutely immaculate—honestly, words don’t do it justice. It was luxurious, spacious, and exactly as described (if not better). From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond. I was personally greeted at check-in with all the details I needed, plus the warmest welcome: a bottle of champagne, a beautiful charcuterie board, and a bottle of local rum to kick off the celebration. It was such a thoughtful touch that really made the experience feel special. This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax in style with unbeatable views and top-notch hospitality. Villa Flamingo was absolutely perfect! Even better than the photos. It was roomy, clean, extremely well appointed and Christine was a dream to communicate with. Alexandre was also very helpful and stopped in upon our arrival to make sure everything was okay. Everything we needed for our stay was there, including items we didn't expect, such as beach accessories and snorkels! The kitchen had all the equipment needed and some helpful basics such as salt/pepper/oil/coffee. The location is perfect since we had a view of the ocean, which was a two minute walk, and the Orient Bay courtyard with its restaurants and shops meant we never needed to use our car! It was nice to have real people nearby as we had quick answers to real-time questions. We will definitely be back and can't imagine staying anywhere but in their properties.

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed 10 days at this spacious beachfront townhouse. Olivier and Celine made the check-in process easy and perfect, and they were immediately available whenever we had a question. We truly enjoyed being so close to the beach and to all the wonderful restaurants in the village. It was a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to returning!

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

Clean and convenient location with close proximity to the beach and airport. Both kids and adults loved watching the planes take off and land. Easy to check in and out. Parking available inside the gate. The rooms were air condition and worked perfectly and a fan available outside the rooms. Isla was a great host, very pleasant and communication on point. We will definitely come again. 😊

Mostly a repeat of all the other reviews. The place was fantastic: clean, comfortable, peaceful, private, and exactly what we were looking for. The water is ~15 feet from the patio wall. The concierge was very responsive We rented a car but only used it to explore the island. If you're not looking to explore the island, you don't need a car as groceries, beach bars, water rental equipment (kayaks, jet skis, paddleboats, etc...) and tons restaurants on and off the water are all within walking distance. Highly recommend taking advantage of the grocery delivery service. It was so nice walking into an already stocked condo. We had so many great experiences that its hard to pick a favorite but the Sunset Bar and Grill watching the planes land/take off was worth it - ask for Gina. When we go back we will absolutely look to stay here again. Book this place, you won't regret it.

Wow, where do I even begin? Our stay at The Cliff was truly unforgettable. Everything about this condo exceeded our expectations. The listing was 100% accurate, but honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The space is even more beautiful in person! Spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The ocean views from the condo were absolutely breathtaking, and having the beach right at our footsteps was a dream come true. The pool was pristine and relaxing, and we loved that Mullet Bay was just a short walk away. We also felt incredibly safe the entire time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Special shout-out to Joe, the host—he was AMAZING! So friendly, helpful, and always just a message away. You can tell he genuinely cares about your experience. I would 100% stay here again and again.

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

Rainbow beach club is a hidden gem. We rented a car while on the island and drove all over sightseeing and checking out other locations and I have to say this is definitely one of the best locations on the island. Some of the other locations are right on the cliff to the beautiful blue water, but they do not have their own private beach, this place also has three pools that were never crowded. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants in Jordan Village as well as Maho beach. And a 20 minute drive to many other fun activities on the island. Konstantyne was incredibly responsive and gave us a great list of local places to check out all of which were amazing. I cannot wait to come back and share this place with some of our friends. I was so sad to leave. The complex is clean. People were continuously taking care of the vegetation and the pools. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I can’t say enough about the caliber of the food on the island. The place is very safe!

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend
