Un villa au top ! Un jardin splendide, un piscine grandiose, une maison spacieuse ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants et nos amis. Par contre nous avons du prendre la voiture pour sortir car il n y avait pas grand chose a proximite. Nous avons adores la ville de Gallipoli.

It’s a very nice apartment block, there’s 6 units in total, the location suited our trip, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Lucia who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and quiet, very well equipped. I would recommend getting a top floor apartment as the bottom apartment we stayed in was noisy from people walking or moving chairs upstairs. My only other recommendation is that the second bedroom be fitted with a blind as the light shines through, this didn’t worry us but might others. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will still recommend you staying.

Very large and nicely decorated apartment. Close to city center. Very private area. Rather easy to find a parking space near by. Charging station close by but limited to 1 hour with no extra charge.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

We loved it here. Very peaceful and quiet. The gardens and pool are simply lovely. We used the bikes to cycle to a few of the local towns for coffee etc. There are plenty of walks within easy reach too. We had a car and being able to drive to the start of walks or to the local sights definitely added to the holiday. All in all a great place to relax and enjoy yourselves.

Alberto & Felipo were wonderful and very helpful hosts on our stay in Lecce. They spent a lot of time helping us get oriented upon our arrival; gracious, good-natured and very responsive during our stay. Clean, well-kept, and in a great location near San Mateo Church, we would stay there again. The roof, with hot tub, is actually nicer and bigger than the photos allow. My family was very happy staying there. Grazie!

Geweldige locatie en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een echte aanrader om te verblijven. Onwijs gastvrij ontvangst met koffie. Het zwembad is een heerlijke aangename verkoeling na een lange warme dag toeristische uitstapjes.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit allem, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit guten Tipps versorgt - jederzeit gerne wieder!

Host gentilissima e molto disponibile, la casa era in perfette condizioni e molto pulita. Ci sono state fornite indicazioni su cosa fare nei dintorni subito al check-in.

Ha sido hasta ahora el mejor alojamiento que hemos alquilado. Fernanda (esposa de Ángelo). Es apto para seis personas cómodamente alojados. Completísimo con sus vajillas, equipos de cocinas, impecable. Habitaciones y baños grandes, súper bien presentados. Ha sido las más amable de las las anfitrionas con quienes hemos tratado. Nos hizo sentir muy cómodos, sus gestos la distinguen por sobre otras personas. Con seguridad la recomiendo para otros pasajeros que deseen tener tan buena experiencia como nosotros, la recomendaremos a nuestros amigos

Andrea hat bei Anfragen sofort geantwortet. Tolles Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Alles da was man braucht. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse war etwas wackelig.

Wir haben mit zwei Omas 2 Wochen im Haius von Francesco am Meer verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich phantastisch. Direkt vor der Terrasse beginnt das Meer. Ein kleiner Mini Sandtstrand ist 7 Meter entfernt, eine kleinere Bucht etwa 20 Meter und eine etwas größere Bucht 50 - 100 Meter. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die weitläufigeren Sandstrände im Norden in ca. 5-10 Minuten, im Süden nach etwa 20 Minuten. Wir haben im April zwei Wochen hier verbracht und die Ruhe genossen. Zu dieser Zeit im Jahr war noch nicht so viel Betrieb aber einige Restaurants hatten bereits offen. Ebenso der kleine Supermarkt im Ort. Das Haus ist unterteilt im zwei Einheiten mit dem Innenhof als Treffpunkt oder „Chill Area“. Der Grill ist praktisch und alle technischen Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch die Ausstattung ist umfangreich aber nicht überbordend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung hat uns Francesco (als erste Gäste der Saison) eine Grundausstattung (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Caffé, Wein) Alles Top

Die Unterkunft ist super süss und hat alles was man sich vorstellen kann und wünscht. Ein tolles Haus mit einen super schönen Hinterhof -welcher wir wegen des Wetters weniger benutzt haben (halt Winter). Das natürliche Licht gibt das Haus eine magische Strahlung und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Valeria was super herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf meine Fragen reagiert und uns geholfen. Wir bedanken uns sehr, dass wir eine Woche in das schöne Haus verbringen dürften. Wir hoffen wir können mal in Frühling oder Herbst vorbei schauen;-)

es wurde ja schon viel geschrieben zu Giulianas Apartment. Deswegen möchte ich nur ein paar Dinge ergänzen, die evtl. bei der Entscheidung helfen können, ob dies das richtige Apartment ist. Ganz grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Apartment, besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool und Bäumen ist wunderbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Giuliana war hervorragend. Dinge, die beachtet werden sollten: - Das Apartment ist relativ schattig, im Sommer ein Vorteil, im Oktober eher zu dunkel, da auch die Terrasse im Schatten liegt. - Für zwei Personen ist das Apartment optimal, vier Personen sind eher ungünstig. Die Gästecouch mag für Kinder in Ordnung sein, für Erwachsene und für mehrere Tage nicht zu empfehlen, vor allem weil die Couch ein Durchgangszimmer ist. - Schade ist auch, dass es innerhalb des Apartments nur einen Bistrotisch gibt und keinen normalen, das ist der Größe des Apartments geschuldet und funktioniert auch für 4 Personen. Richtig gemütlich ist es allerdings nicht.

La tenuta di Pino è un oasi di pace. Casa molto grande e spaziosa per il nostro gruppo di 8 persone. La piscina bellissima ed il giardino molto curato. Pino è un host perfetto, molto attento e gentile. Ci ha fatto trovare dolcetti tipici e liquore al nostro arrivo, dato ottime indicazioni per i ristoranti in zona ed era sempre raggiungibile per domande. Ottima posizione per visitare la bella Puglia. Il mattino ci godevamo la piscina ed il pomeriggio visitavamo Polignano, Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce. Assolutamente consigliato. Grazie di cuore Pino e alla prossima 😃

Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön! Wir haben dort viele tolle Stunden verbracht und sogar den Pizzaofen benutzt 😍die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Antina ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, hat uns jede Frage beantwortet :-) Wir waren Ende September da und hatten viele Mücken 🦟die lage ist auch perfekt, man kann viele schöne Strände sehen und lecce ist auch nur 30-40 Minuten entfernt :)

Gemütliche, großzügige Unterkunft mit tollem Außenbereich. Der Salzwasser Pool und die Außendusche sind fantastisch. Die Küchenausstattung ist super, es ist für alles gesorgt. Es gibt Spiele, Bücher, Liegen und Wasserspielgeräte für draußen. Die Außenküche haben wir sehr gerne genutzt, ein Hightlight ist der große Grill. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, der riesige Garten mit den Obstbäumen (von denen man Essen darf) ist auch für Kinder super. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ein Auto ist nötig um die kleinen und großen Städte außenrum zu besichtigen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier, auch bei Wind und Regen findet man auf der großen überdachten Terrasse ein trockenes Plätzchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für alles!

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

Anna and Toni were very kind and caring hosts and when I had a problem with the car, even came out to pick me up from the village and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival there were all kinds of goodies waiting for me including coffee and a bottle of wine which I was not expecting! I had a very enjoyable time and my Italian improved no end after my weeks stay as they were great to chat to. I car is essential and there is plenty of parking at the property. Molte grazie Anna e Toni, e spero di rivedervi presto!

nous avons été accueilli par Luca et son papa dès notre arrivée tardive comme des Rois! nous avons mangé d’excellentes pizza dans le restaurant de Luca. ensuite Gino nous a proposé un logement plus grand sur place et ce, pour le même prix!!! nous avions au départ villa celestina pour 3 adultes. nous avons eu la villa Opale avec 2 chambres. génial! propreté irréprochable de l’endroit. jardin magnifique avec des oliviers, 2 piscines, assez de transats avec matelas et le soir, le tout illuminé avec des lampions. féerique. seul petit point moins positif est la lenteur du Wi-Fi. logique lorsque vous préférez séjourner en pleine campagne. les photos sur le site sont vraiment conformes à l’endroit. sans oublier les légumes frais que Gino nous donne gratuitement de son potager chaque jour.! bref, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit avec un accueil tellement chaleureux !!! merci pour toute ta gentillesse Gino. belle continuation à toute la famille. we spent two beautiful weeks here in September with 8months baby! very good communication with the property before arrival and trouble-free check-in! Beautiful surroundings of greenery, olive trees, peace and quiet. soothing pool in the garden, two grills available, washing machines, iron, you can buy breakfast! everything you need! an oasis of peace and relaxation for body and mind, I highly recommend!
