This is a 35 m2 apartment 13km from Tromsø city center. Perfect for viewing the northern lights in a very quiet area! Suitable for up to four persons. One bed room plus fold-out-bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. The bus goes between Tromsø and the property 25 times a day on business days, 5-6 times on Saturdays and zero times on Sundays. Take route 412 from Torgsenteret 2 to Holmesletta. Du bor 5 min fra flyplassen, og likevel i naturen. Noen meter fra havet og en elv som renner ut i havet her. Rundt husene kan du oppdage mangel ulike dyr. Rein kommer ofte forbi. Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min. Sauna kan leies når du bor her- avtales senere .

Cozy home outside Tromsø, Sommarøya.

Sommarøya is a small village 1 hour outside Tromsø. There is a bus twice a day on weekdays, during the weekend a bus runs Sunday evening. There is good parking for the rental car. In addition to listed rooms, the house has a room with a double sofa bed. This room is adjacent to one of the bedrooms. There are also a room with a singel bed. Animals are allowed at request. Very quiet area with a nice scenery to the fjord and mountains.
