The place is big and will fit a big family. My grand kid enjoyed the small pool. Enjoyed our stay!

The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

The place looks even nicer than the photos. It was clean, well-kept and cozy. Easy communication also with the host - responsive and gave clear instructions. Lastly, great value for money! Thank you for having us at your place. Highly recommended.

The place gave us privacy. It was small but fits all 15 adults and an infant. It’s clean and Bernard is responsive to all my questions. He is easy to deal with and friendly. All the amenities listed were there but had a minor issue with the videoke as it stopped working right after 2 songs but since my niece brought her portable one, we didn’t bother with it na. Will book again when I’m in town and need a place in Tagaytay. Thanks Bernard 😊

Easy to find and clean house

Went with my officemates (12 pax) for our planning session and everyone was asking how much did we book the place. My workmates appreciated the place. It was beautiful! What we liked most: - carefully selected / themed furniture - ACs in the rooms and entertainment area. There were even fans in the dining area. - Not common in Airbnb is having an ice maker. It simplifies having gatherings as you don't need to bring tube ice - Fast wifi connection - Welcoming caretakers especially Chris - the beds were very comfortable. We snoozed to sleep after. - There were bath towels for each guest. But the extra and unique to the place is that they provided pool towels as well. - gas powered griller - The ambience was really relaxing We enjoyed our stay in Two Pines. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, with vibrant greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway if you want to relax. It’s also incredibly Insta-worthy – every corner seemed like a picture-perfect spot! Aside from the beautiful landscape, what stood out the most was the level of service of the staff. They were incredibly courteous and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time.

The Host is very nice and the place is beautiful, we will definitely book this place again if we will have family gatherings.

Our group enjoyed our stay here and both the property and the host / staff were able to meet our expectations. - The location is very secure since it's inside a gated neighborhood. - The pool's temperature is not too hot, but good enough to keep you warm. - The villa has a good location to view both sunrise and sunset. - The staff provides a professional welcome, provides clear instructions, proactive in checking what the guests need, very responsive, and addresses concerns immediately. - The staff is perfectly on time with their scheduled responsibilities. - The location is marked accurately in maps / GPS applications. - There are nearby mom and pop stores, as well as chain 24/7 convenience stores. - There are good number of rooms and plenty of beds to accommodate large groups. - The property provides good and stable Wi-Fi internet connection.

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

The host is very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. She is very good at communication even though we booked the place last minute. The place is clean and nice, even the pool!

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

My family and I really enjoyed this place. It’s so relaxing and is exactly the same with what is in their listing. Michael is very easy to talk to plus kuya Ompong and ate Jocelyn were so nice and accommodating with all our requests. We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

Rome was a very responsive host and he accommodated our requests. Apart from the steep stairs to the mezzanine, we found the listing as we hoped for and we enjoyed our stay! The location is prime and we had everything we needed in the house. Thank you Rome for letting us stay here!

Had a great stay here :) the only downside i can think of was because we were quite a big group we bought too much food and it didnt fit the ref :p but i will definitely go back here again with the family cause we enjoyed too much, the place was great and well kept.
