During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Tiny house "Petit Paradis" is rustig gelegen maar wel midden in het centrum van Leiden (oude stad) en biedt plaats aan max. 2 personen. Het ligt in het havengebied, vlakbij de passantenhaven, gezellige horeca en stadstuinen en stadsparken. Leiden staat bekend om zijn vele musea, maar zeker ook om het rijke watersportgebied in de omgeving, de prachtige grachten in en om de oude stad, de historische panden en de sfeer die een universiteitsstad met zich meebrengt.

The train/tram station is very close by and 2 bicycles are included. Even Delft / The beach Scheveningen/ Leiden or The mall of The Netherlands are easy to get to..
