The Carriage House is within walking distance to the Empire Beach, shopping, and places to eat. Nearby are hiking & biking trails, beaches & rivers, wineries, golfing, shopping, and the beautiful Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. There is something for everyone. The Carriage house sleeps 4 very comfortably it includes A/C, Flat screen t.v.’s , WiFi & a full breakfast.

This light and bright newer lower level suite is almost 900 square feet with an open floor plan. Rooms include a living/dining/kitchenette area, private bedroom, and bathroom. All very crisp, clean, and modern. A separate parking area will lead you down steps to a private patio adorned with seating for a place to relax and enjoy the rolling hill backyard and woods. The suite is stocked with several amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a welcome bottle of local wine and goodies.

Very clean Itaska Cambria 30 foot Class C motorhome. RV is located on part of a wonderful, 10 acre home site. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, Sleeping Bear National Lake Shore is 20 minutes to the west and Traverse City is 15 minutes east. A full bathroom and washer/dryer are located in the bonus room located in the adjacent pole barn. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the bonus room. Free firewood is on site. Youtube tv, Netflix and Paramount plus onsite. Free WiFi included.
