L'appartamento, su due piani, è composto da un grande soggiorno con due divani (di cui uno può diventare letto matrimoniale) e un grande tavolo. A vista si apre sul soggiorno una grande cucina attrezzata. Il pian terreno ha uno splendido affaccio sul lago di Pusiano, con un terrazzo dove si può pranzare, cenare, prendere il sole o godersi il panorama.
