The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

Blue at Clifton Beach

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.

Sandtemple is a beachfront shack, resting lightly on top of a tiny sand spit between Cremorne Beach and Pipe Clay Lagoon with direct water access to both. A unique tiny home where the sun sets and rises over water. The rural paradise of Sandford is 30min from the centre of Hobart, 10 minutes slow drive to the surfer’s oasis of Clifton Beach and 20 minutes to magical Opossum Bay with boating, fishing and delicious fish ‘n’ chips. Biking, walking and horse riding are popular activities in the area as well.
