The house was perfect for my friends (2 couples). We had such an amazing time. The view is breathtaking, the accommodations were comfortable, Carolina was a responsive and helpful host, the area is great for both surfers and non-surfers. Carolina suggested we eating at Pesca del Dia and we had delicious super fresh locally-caught fried fish and ceviche. We loved having visits from the resident doggies and kitties. We spent a lot of time at the pool doing yoga, swimming, hanging out looking at the ocean, and stargazing. We were so well taken care of that I hope to come back to this little slice of paradise again someday. Thanks for hosting us!

Simply an amazing place to stay as it has everything you need in a wonderful location. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Charlie's property and we will definitely return to stay again. Highly recommend...

I wish I could rate this location 10 stars!! This is such a beautiful home in such a phenomenal location. Everything in Venao is easily within walking distance with some of the best surfing ever right in your back yard. It is far enough away from the party scene that you can get a good night sleep but close enough that you can party all night long if you would like. The home is extremely well appointed with anything you may need in regards to cooking utensils and basic amenities. We needed nothing outside of food for our stay. Allison and Charlie and their team are all extremely responsive and incredibly helpful with anything you may need. top tier in every single way possible. This is one of the nicest homes in the area for an incredible price. You really cannot do better!!

What you see is what you get for this Airbnb gem. Clean and accomodating. The pool was the cherry on top, we had a blast. Will definetly return and recommend to family and friends

Sehr schönes Haus, man fühlt sich wie im Paradies. Alles hat super funktioniert, der Check-Inn schnell und unkompliziert. Im Haus alles vorhanden was man als Familie braucht, sogar zwei Fahrräder. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Wir waren eine Woche da und haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause, wären gerne länger geblieben. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A lovely home-away-from-home. So nice to spend a day at the beautiful crescent La Guarita Beach, then come home to spend time on the patio and in the pool. A short drive to beaches; walkable to town for groceries and to visit restaurants. Comfortable beds, sparkling clean. Tamara was very responsive and accommodating. We hope to stay here again some day!

La estadía en la casa de Dean fue espectacular, justo lo que necesitaba para relajarme. Es una urbanización muy linda y tranquila, teníamos vista a la playa y escuchar las olas desde la terraza era magnífico. Las camas estaban muy cómodas. Está en mis planes regresar por más días!

This is THE place. Wow. Where to begin… We searched all along the Pacific coast, Mexico to Chile, and Cocoloche stood out. It turned out even better than we could have anticipated. Julie is a spectacular host. Her connections in the community ensured we had great experiences fishing, diving, and surfing. The local baker’ bread stood out. Julie messaged in the morning that the fisher had tuna available: we had tuna tartar with afternoon cocktails and seared steaks on our plates for dinner. Julie is super attentive and responsive. The Cocoloche property is stunning. The casitas are well dispersed, and all have tremendous views as the property has 2700 of ocean view. There is wonderful snorkelling off the beach to the south and the tide pools to the north offer another way to enjoy the ocean. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The dining area is breezy and comfortable. Sun rises and sunsets, howler and white face monkeys visiting regularly, the ever-present array of birds and stunning stars at night ensure there is always something to wonder at.

This place is the one of the best place that I’ve ever had stayed all my life. If I come Cambutal again I will definitely choose Emilie’s house. Not only the house but the area is amazingly breathtaking. BTW hospitality is also beyond of my expectations

We had a great stay in the villa. Everything was perfect and just as described. Dorian was very responsive to whatever question we might have. I would definitively stay here again.

Reservamos la propiedad por 3 dias en un viaje familiar con jovenes adultos. Dorian nos envio una guia completa que incluia desde como llegar, que hacer, lugares para comer y hasta que hacer en caso de emergencia. Super completa!!! Estubo syper atento a nuestra llegada. La casa es super acogedora, comoda y con todo lo que puedes necesitar. Cocina completamente equipada y de muy buena calidad y perfecto estado. Habitaciones comodas y del tamaño ideal. Realmente disfrutamos mucho la casa. El complejo donde esta ubicada la propiedad esta justo en la playa con un area social y restaurante. Adicionalmente hay muchos restaurantes a minutos a pie del complejo. Seguro regresamos muy pronto! Gracias por todo!
