Upea uusi huvila Simojärven rannalla. Huvila sijaitsee luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella paikalla niemen kärjessä. Huvilan neljässä makuuhuoneessa pedit 10 henkilölle ja vuodesohvilla 2 lisäpaikkaa. Tilavassa tupakeittiössä valmistaa ruuat isollekkin ryhmälle ja siinä on tilaa 12 henkilön yhtäaikaiseen ruokailuun. Huvilalla on kaksi isoa saunaa (sähkö- ja puulämmitteinen) ja 8 henkilön ainavalmis ulkoporeallas. Hyvä uimaranta, soutuvene, 2 sup-lautaa ja kumikajakki asiakkaiden vapaassa käytössä.

Mökki on hyvin perinteinen suomalainen mökki, jota hiukan modernisoitu. Terassilta upea näkymä järvelle! Mökillä on perinteinen suomalainen ulkohuussi, joka sijaitsee pihapiirissä.
