We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach unvergesslich! Die Lage am Fluss war absolut atemberaubend und die Aussicht auf die Natur rundum ließ uns jeden Tag aufs Neue staunen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der Abend, an dem wir die Polarlichter direkt über dem Haus und dem angrenzenden Fluss sehen konnten – ein Anblick, den man wohl nur selten im Leben erlebt! Es war ein magischer Moment, den wir nie vergessen werden. Die Umgebung war unglaublich ruhig und privat – perfekt, um wirklich abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Für uns war es die perfekte Auszeit, fernab vom hektischen Alltag. Die Fahrt zur nächsten Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeit dauert zwar etwa eine halbe Stunde, aber das war für uns überhaupt kein Problem, denn es hat sich absolut gelohnt, in dieser idyllischen Lage zu wohnen. Ein Auto ist hier definitiv notwendig, um die Region bequem zu erkunden. Alles in allem war es eine traumhafte Woche, die wir in vollen Zügen genossen haben.

Viihtyisä majoitus, josta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Mahduimme hyvin koko porukalla kokkailemaan ja oleskelemaan. Viestintä omistajien kanssa oli helppoa. Oli myös kivaa päästä rapsuttelemaan huskyja, matkassa mukana ollut koiranpentumme ihmetteli koirakamuja vain kauempaa mutta nautti myös Lapin-reissusta :)

What a lovely place! We had the best time with our two kids. So peaceful, well designed and exactly what we were looking for. Sauna, hot tub, toys for kids and many other perks included. We had a great weather in the end of March (sunny and snowy), but I’m sure it’s also lovely in the summer months. Overall very happy.

We had a lovely holiday in Sanna’s beautiful home. It was perfect for the whole family - even better than we had expected from the photos. The location was fantastic - only a few minutes drive to the town but so peaceful and right across the road from the lake. We enjoyed so many walks on the lake, ice fishing with the equipment Sanna provided, the hot tub and sauna and the youngest member of the family expended lots of energy on the bouncy castle in the basement. Sanna was so helpful with recommendations in advance. It has been a wonderful family holiday, aided by good weather, bright blue skies and great sights of the northern lights. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Would highly recommend this property. Beautiful views. Modern amenities. Host was extremely helpful. Have equipment on site for you use. Host can help with setting up excursions. Would definitely return

Hemos pasado 5 días en casa de Daiva fantásticos. La casa tiene de todo, super cómoda, super cerca aunque nosotros teníamos coche de alquiler. La sauna es un plus,los trineos para los peques otro plus. Recomiendo mucho esta casa y volvería a repetir encantada

Pasi est un hôte très réactif et sympathique, La maison est typique et en même temps très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire, la literie est de bonne qualité et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin dans la maison et à proximité. Nous recommandons et remercions Pasi pour notre séjour.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Haawe. Die Sauna war nach ausgiebigen Spaziergängen und Ausflügen sehr erholsam und der Ausblick von den Schlaf- und Kinderzimmerfenstern auf das finnische Winterwunderland einfach ein Traum. Liegt auf halber Höhe am Hang, sehr gut mit Auto erreichbar. Zu Fuß zum Minisupermarkt oder Skiverleih ca. 10-15min. Die Einrichtung ist modern klassisch, die Ausstattung top. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

the accommodation was perfect, there were seven of us including two small girls and we had no problems of any kind. The house was very well-kept and clean, the spaces were large and comfortable, the location was perfect. Having rented a van we always moved around easily, we could reach the city in 5 minutes, the view was wonderful and the large windows allowed you to admire it even from inside the house. The large garden allowed the girls to have fun in the snow whenever they wanted, a few steps away there is also a playground. The house is a 10 minute drive from three perfect areas to go and see the aurora, the most convenient is perhaps Olkkajärvi Rest Stop, however if the sky is clear you can also admire it from the garden of the house. We couldn't have hoped for better!

très belle maison, chaleureuse. Bel environnement et paisible. On peut prendre un sauna et ensuite descendre les escaliers et nager dans le fleuve. Nous avons vu des aurores boréales le premier et dernier jour de nos vacances depuis le chalet. Le village du Père Noël n'est qu'à 30 mn du châlet ainsi que la ville de Rovaniemi. Hôte très réactive.

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich, wunderschön und direkt am See gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich, modern und mit viel Holz; wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten ist die sehr abgeschiedene Lage; die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) ist ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Aber mit entsprechender Planung ist auch das kein Problem. Wir haben die ruhige idyllische Lage sehr genossen.

Riverside Dream really lived up to it's name, such a beautiful, clean home with stunning views in the perfect location! Joni-Arttu was extremely responsive and friendly, making the booking, check in and stay so smooth. The property is in a prime location, 10- 20 minutes from most attractions and the airport. We were easily able to book local taxis to and from the home. Such a spacious property that was super clean and decorated for Christmas with a lovely Christmas tree and inviting candles/lights. We (a family of 4) enjoyed the grill hut and sauna and were lucky to witness the Northern Lights from the garden! Our boys appreciated the children's games and the sledges. A highly recommended property, thank you and your brother again Joni-Arttu 😊

Oikein mukava ja viihtyisä majoitus. Tarjolla oli kaikki tarpeelliset tavarat ja välineet. Valitsen tämän paikan jatkossakin jos on tarve majoitukselle!

We really enjoyed the stay at the cottage. It was so cosy and nice with all the light and candles outside. Very easy to find and drive to with 10 min to city and 20 min to Santa Claus Village. Behind the house was a forrest and a path in the forrest. There was a fire pit and sledges available for us. The cottage itself where mica and warm and we enjoyed the sauna.

Idéal pour une famille de 6 Marko est très réactif, d’une grande disponibilité ! Merci pour ce séjour ! Nous rentrons avec des étoiles plein les yeux, soirée dans le jardin avec les aurores boréales au dessus de nous !

Bon rapport qualité prix. Très propre. Bon emplacement (aéroport à 20 minutes / arrêt de bus à 20m / 2 supermarchés de proximité à 5 minutes en voiture) Endroit calme Nous avons adoré le sauna. Quelques petits défauts: manque quelques ustensiles, la chambre du fond reste un peu moins chaudes du reste de la maison. Nous conseillons ce logement.

Absolutely recommend this place. Great location, lovely furniture, it is very well equipped. The whole cabin is spacious and quite stylish also has its own atmosphere. There is a parking space right next to the house. The owner is responsive and ready to help you.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rovaniemi chez Mari. Nous avons apprécié le confort et le côté cosy du logement et tout particulièrement le sauna qui a été le bienvenu le soir après une journée passée au froid Tout a été parfait, je recommande ce logement.

Wir haben uns wirklich richtig wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut hat es uns gefallen, als Saras Mann den Kamin entfacht hatte und wir den ganzen Abend am Feuer verbringen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
