This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. Die Doppelhaushälfte bietet auf ca. 50 qm Platz für zwei Personen. Durch das offene Wohnkonzept hat man von überall einen sagenhaften Ausblick in die Natur, nur das WC ist mit einer Tür getrennt. Vom Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche betritt man den Balkon. Rursee, Hohe Venn und Monschau in der Nähe. Preis inkl. 5% Eifeler Übernachtungspauschale.

Das Wohlfühl-Ferienhaus wurde im Februar, 2024 nach den Qualitätskriterien der DTV-Klassifizierung mit 5 Sternen durch den Deutschen Tourismusverband e.V. ausgezeichnet. 2023 wurde das Haus weiter renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt ideal für schöne Wanderungen, direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Beliebt sind auch die Eifelsteig-Wanderwege in der Nähe. Die Eifel bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten im näheren und weiteren Umfeld.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Si vous souhaitez découvrir la région, vous pourrez faire de la randonnée dans les environs. La maison dispose d’un garage où vous pouvez garer vos 🏍 et 🚲. Le garage est trop petit pour une voiture.
