This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

A wonderful home stocked with all the essentials to make a pleasant stay! Amanda is a great communicator and fabulous host. Pool, hot tub, and ping pong table are amenities packed in an efficient and spacious home. I was thrilled with the kitchen setup, and my family loved having two separate living room spaces. The porch is very nice, and overlooks both the pool and hot tub. Linens are clean. Decorations are minimal and homey. Plenty of space for a family or group to come together. Neighborhood is great and less than 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets, restaurants, grocery and Blue Ridge Parkway. Everything else is an easy 15-20 minutes away, from Biltmore to Downtown Asheville, everything feels like it is at your fingertips. What a great stay, we look forward to coming back when the pool is open!

We rented this house for the week of Christmas. It was the perfect space for us to spend time together. The view of the lake was great! The house was as described and met all of our needs from the bedding and towels to the kitchen cooking accessories. Would love to rent this in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoor space.

we absolutely loved Christian's place!! the stock pool was such a hit with the two small grandsons and loved the back yard. Fell in love with that tree!! Everything was spotless and the perfect size for the 5 of us. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we loved Greenville!!

Another great stay at Jesses. We were able to explore downtown fountain Inn with its restaurants and boutiques. The house is near the Swamp River Trail so that you can walk your dog , the house has comfortable beds and is outfit fitted with all the essentials you need for a great stay

The house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for my family to all spend time together or to hang off by themselves if they wanted. Owners were very successful in preparing the property to make you feel right at home. The layout was great and there were plenty of things to do nearby. You had a real mountain feel with anything you may need a quick drive away. I appreciated how responsive the hosts were. We have family in the area and plan to stay again in the future. Kathleen's place was a great space, clean, great room setup especially if you have teenagers like I did. It felt like home away from home. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Lots of extras in the kitchen perfect amount of stuff to have to stay in and cook. Perfect place for a family to relax and catch up with each other. Definitely would rent again!

Great area and perfect if you want too be out of the town area

The house was perfect for us and our friends with their kids. We both took our pup and they had a great time in the backyard. Everything was as described and a quick drive from everything!

We stayed at Navi and had a blast! The food trucks across the street were perfect when we didn’t want to cook. Being by the brewery and park was an added bonus that we had not anticipated. The place was great for the three of us. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

We stayed here to attend a wedding in the area. The host was very communicative, the house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay here in the future if we are ever in the area again.

The house was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Brevard. Location was close to town, hiking, and waterfalls. The inside of the house is very neat and clean. All of the furniture is very nice and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Franklyn's Airbnb was simply outstanding. During a difficult time for the City of Asheville (damages due to hurricane Helene in September 2024), he pre-empted our needs during the power failure by ensuring we were comfortable. The house is thoughtfully and generously supplied with toiletries, snacks, and other conveniences. Franklyn is naturally a super host who goes above and beyond for his guests. All my friends took his contact information and plan to promote and stay at his place when next they are in town. Thank you, Franklyn. You were a God send. See you next time we are in Asheville. Also, praying for a speedy recovery for your city from the hurricane devastation.

With over 50 Airbnb stays, I have to say this stay was fantastic (picky husband approved!). The house has an older feel with great porches, wide baseboards and fireplaces, but the bathrooms and kitchen were absolutely modern and Clean. The beds and couches were comfortable. The grounds on which the house sits are amazing. Fireflies, wildlife and walking paths abound. I was working an event in Hendersonville for the weekend and the proximity was perfect. Based on other reviews, we made sure to arrive during daylight hours to avoid any "hard to find" issues. I am glad we were able to do that. Our full size truck with a rack did fit through the narrow pass by the garage...barely. If you can't drive it, don't own it. We asked for an early arrival (2pm) and extended our stay by 1 day. Every communication was answered quickly and both requests accommodated. I did not want to leave and I will keep this property in my favorites list for sure. I can't wait to stay again!

Erin was a great host! She was very communicative throughout our stay. We got in late at night and all the lights were on, with fresh eggs and bread waiting for us. Such a nice touch. Her place was very clean and comfortable. She had tons of toys in the spare room, which our daughter loved. The front porch is so charming with all the flowers in bloom. Wonderful place to stay! Plenty of room. Was in the area for work so there was 4 of us staying together and we never disturbed each other. Very nice neighborhood.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain house in Rutherfordton! The views were stunning, the rooms were cozy and well-designed, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, prettier than the pictures as all the Rhododendron were blooming ! Such magic being in nature. The deck is exquisite and felt like being in a treehouse. The beds were comfy, and the sheets were soft nice and clean everywhere. I would definitely stay again.
