It is the ideal location for anyone wanting to be accessible to Mount Desert Island, yet be away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists and traffic. Just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous Lamoine Beach and Lamoine State Park, and a quick drive to Marlborough Beach and Blunts Pond (an amazing local swimming hole!). Breakfast supplies and coffee provided!

Union River Retreat Private Apartment

Experience comfort and natural beauty in this private one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with spectacular sunset views of the Union River. Featuring a well-equipped kitchen, cozy bathroom, and high-speed WiFi, it has a private entrance leading to a small deck. The living room’s large windows offer stunning river views. When you arrive at the Flower Farm Loft you're greeted by our dogs, who will likely jump on you with muddy paws and request fetch and pets. You're immediately surrounded by flowers in our gardens and flower studio. The loft has big east facing windows that look over our farm and surrounding fields. You'll open the curtains in the morning to incredible sunrises over Kilkenny Cove, and end your nights at your private fire pit with immaculate star filled skies that will make it hard to go inside.

Two bedroom second floor apartment. An easy 7 minute drive to Mount Desert Island, and 17 minute drive to Acadia National Park’s, Hulls Cove visitor center, 22 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor. In the other direction, an easy 10 minute drive to Ellsworth, 29 minutes to Newbury Neck Beach, 30 minutes to Blue Hill. The perfect place to return to get away from the crowds and unwind after a day of exploring. Monthly discount will only be accepted when requesting to book months November through May.

#16 is a spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot), a bedroom with king bed, a living room with a comfortable futon and a trundle bed (2 twins, one pulls out from underneath). A/C (living room), full bath w/shower, cable, TV, small dining area. Guests can enjoy our new communal outdoor kitchen—with a grill, Blackstone griddle, air fryer, hot plate. Please note that the hot tub and shared indoor amenities are no longer available.

We have an open, airy studio apartment with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle under the twin, private bathroom and full kitchen, located approximately 25 miles, or about a 40 minute drive, from Acadia National Park. Pets are welcome as we have a small fenced in area in the backyard. Bring home a lobster and cook it in the fully furnished kitchen.

The Badger's Cottage

Welcome. This is a cozy cabin-inspired apartment in the heart of Bar Harbor. Literally just a stone's throw from downtown, but on a quiet side street that goes to the water. You get a sunny (usually) porch that faces the street, a living room/kitchen (no cooktop or oven) and a master bedroom with a queen bed and a beautiful bathroom.
