You have free access to our wifi, cable, fully-stocked kitchen & laundry room. Cozy clean robes available for your lounging pleasure. Feel free to use the iPad for looking for places to go and things to do. Just holler if you have any questions. We are local. Keyless entry and complete privacy. You will never be bothered for the duration of your stay. Some of our favorite local spots include Fresa’s for their distinct guacamoles and tacos, The Tavern’s laid back feel, Idlewild Coffee, 24 Diner’s famous chicken and waffles, Counter Cafe breakfast, Wink's to-die-for 5 & 7 course tasting menus and Word of Mouth Bakery. Check out Good Company, Kick Pleat and By George boutiques for high-fashion. Whole Foods is less than a half a mile walk if you're looking to come back and cook for a quiet evening in or extravagant breakfast. Walk, jog or rent bikes or scooters down Shoal Creek Hike & Bike Trail to get into the heart of Austin. Uber/Lyft/Taxis and public transit are all immediately available. French press coffee, tea & beverages provided.

Amazing view - Lake Travis Condo on Private Island

We loved the view so much, we bought the condo! After owning on The Island for seven years, we finally made the condo ours with a full renovation/redecoration. Now, our amazing third story view of Lake Travis within the luxurious 'Island at Lake Travis' is even nicer! You can enjoy the view of the lake with one of the three beautiful pools in the foreground and undeveloped Pace Bend Park in the background. Or, enjoy the Mediterranean style condominium complex located on the private island.

Top floor deep water view villa with living, bedroom and patio waterfront views of sunsets and Pace Bend. Our 2 bedroom is on the top floor (elevator access) with high ceilings and it’s gorgeous! Yes! We have wifi, in villa washer and dryer, salon spa and 3 year round pools (indoor closed, south pool to open May 22) Pool 3 and hot tub are open! hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis and pickleball! Only 6 guests max including infants and children. Boat slip available for rent.
