We had a wonderful 3 nights at Phoenix Haven, and it was so much more than we were expecting. The house was well laid out, with beautiful furniture inside and out. It was embracing, relaxing, and welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the spacious verandah and loved having the wood stove at nights. Of course the highlight for me was Bobby who would pop over once a day or so to say hi and request pats. Stephen was a great host - on hand if needed but not intrusive. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The location was great, very central, easy to find, and just a short distance from the town. The place had plenty of beds, making it a great option for larger groups or families. It was a comfortable and practical base for exploring the area.

The place was calm and relaxing. It had a good location and was clean and organized. The host was very helpful and thoughtful. We will definitely come back.

Our stay at Acacia lodge was very relaxing and comfortable. The weather wasn’t quite suited to sitting out on the several balconies but we hope to experience that when we next visit. Great amenities and being able to cross the road and amble along the boardwalk into town was just delightful. We would highly recommend visiting both Metung and staying at Acacia Lodge.

Loved our stay. The view from the deck is amazing and the location is just perfect. We made some beautiful memories. Kristin was very quick in responding to all my queries.

We had a lovely stay, comfortable and clean villa with great facilities for the kids. We enjoyed the daily walk into town for coffee, a quick wander across the road to throw a line in and 5 min drive to Metung Hot Springs. Overall we had a fabulous time in Metung and will be back. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay. Fantastic location a few minute walk from the beach and right across the road from the local store. Loved that the place was pet friendly. There was sufficient fencing in the backyard for our chihuahuas (3-4.5kgs). I note that the listing states no laundry, but there was a communal laundry, toilet and outdoor shower behind the property (if you exit from the backyard). All free and shared with the house next door. Very useful facilities!

We stayed in Villa 17; the Villa was comfortable, spacious and private. There is a nice view of the lake from the balcony. We were here for a weekend getaway and had the best time. We will be back soon!

We stayed in Villa 17; the Villa was comfortable, spacious and private. There is a nice view of the lake from the balcony. We were here for a weekend getaway and had the best time. We will be back soon!
