Simple home with beautiful surroundings. Clean and spacious. Catered well for our big group. Specious backyard and close to everything. it's perfect for milford sound visit.

Cool place! it's 2 separate , locking rooms . Each with it's own bath that share a large common area . This was perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The hosts were so friendly and responsive . Comfy place nearby town .

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely farmhouse in Te Anau. The host was very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The first aid kit came in handy and was well-stocked, which we really appreciated. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is great — it has a full range of spices and essentials. The house was very warm and cozy, and the fireplace made it even more comfortable. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing stay!

A great property , well located for local amenities. We were able to enjoy the conservatory and watch the sunset as we had some exceptional weather. We booked the Fiordland cruise trip and the picked us up and dropped us at the door. We would happily book again if in the area.

Lovely home. Warmed up very quickly with a heat pump and fireplace which was preset ready for use. Selena was very helpful and welcoming in her contacts with me. Her home was beautifully clean and felt right at home. Had everything we needed. Easy quick access to Doubtful Sound cruises. We had a lovely stay. Thank you

spent a few days here and absolutely loved our stay! the pictures don't do the incredible views justice, it was a very relaxed getaway enjoying the peace and quiet at this mountain retreat. The house was warm and sunny and we loved the fireplace at night. we had everything we needed! Christina was fantastic to deal with and went out of her way to accommodate us, we will definitely stay again!

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce logement. Au milieu de la nature, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, on se trouve couper du monde. Le logement était très bien agencé, décoré et propre et correspond totalement aux photos. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Hans qui est adorable, avec qui nous avons beaucoup parlé. Ce fût un vrai plaisir de séjourner ici.

This is my second time staying with Lyn and Hans, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. They have a quiet lovely farm with a stunning view of the mountains. [Bonus if you want to get close to some farm animals like their gorgeous horses but there’s plenty of space if you want to admire from afar :)]. The place is impeccably kept, very clean, and honestly surpasses most other air b&bs I’ve stayed in. The amenities are excellent and it’s clear they’ve thought carefully about the needs of their guests. They are nearby on the property and very gracious, respectful, and responsive hosts. This place now holds a special place in my heart and is tied to the incredible experience of staying in manapouri and going to doubtful sound! I look forward to the next time I am able to visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the Silver Birch Cottage in Te Anau. Shona is a great communicator so we knew well ahead of time how to check-in etc, so everything ran very smoothly A very clean and comfortable house, which is walking distance to the main street of Te Anau and Lake. We enjoyed our time in a very beautiful part of the country - Fiordland is a gem

Donna met us for our check-in to show us where everything was located and how to use anything in the RV. Donna was so friendly and lovely to speak to. She told us about the area, things to do and provided great recommendations. The accomodation was comfortable, relaxing, had everything we needed and had beautiful views with some cute neighbours (sheep and deer). We will definitely be back!

Donna is everything that the other guests have described… and more. She waited until my son arrived, as he was driving a long distance, and waited until he got there, well into her evening. There were treats waiting for him, and cool beers in the fridge. Beyond kind. He loved it, adored staying, and would love his own, one day! Thank you 🙏. Absolutely wonderful hosts xx

They nailed the essence of a great Airbnb; unique and personal vibe with all the perfect environmentally friendly touches. Hot tub, sauna, indoor and outdoor fire places, it was a perfect cozy retreat. It can look a bit isolated on the map, but actually we walked to the port for Doubtful Sound tour and Te Anu is just a short drive for restaurants and groceries.
