Cal's place is a beautiful home and holds so much history. The place was clean and perfect to rest after a long trip. He is a great host!

I have stayed here several times, it never fails to exceed my expectations. I will continue to stay here on all trips to the Springfield area.

HOSTS WERE GREAT AND ON TOP OF THERE GAME ANYTHING YOU NEEDED WAS THOUGHT OF AND THERE FOR ALL KIDS AND ADULTS MISSING A TOOTH BRUSH IT WAS THERE SNACKS LAYED OUT FOR GUESTS TRULY GREAT PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME AT THERE PLACE MUCH APPRECIATED, WAS A GREAT TIME BEING THERE WE WILL BE BACK

Always a delight to stay with Cal and Dan. They are outstanding hosts and have created a home of graceful accommodations and comfort. Always look forward to my stays. P.S. The best coffee ever!

Tons of wonderful amenities that were super generous, including a lot of food, and ways to make it! I would recommend bringing your own coffee or planning to check out a local coffee shop if you don’t like flavored or decaf coffee. El was super encouraging of us to use the driveway to park, which was really helpful as it narrows quite a bit once it runs alongside the home. Once the neighbor’s dog was inside for the night, it was really quite peaceful, and I loved the dark bedroom for sleeping. Really, such a great find for slightly larger groups (I could imagine it would be perfect for a girls weekend trip), but also felt cozy for just my mom and me, too. Really do highly recommend!!

Clean, as pictured. Had a garage space in addition to outside off street parking. Walkable neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with goodies which is always appreciated when arriving late at night.
