A 9 minute (3.7 mile) drive to Madeira beach an 20 to 30 minutes to many other popular beaches. This is a HIGH TRAFFIC location, located off an intersection and very busy!! Also this is an unfinished driveway half of it is shells!

Beautiful vacation home located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of outside space in the front and back. The property is located in Seminole Florida. It is 5 minutes away from the beach, 7 minutes away from johns pass, 2 minutes away from grocery store and amazing restaurants. It is 15 minutes away from Downtown Clearwater. This lovely home includes 4 bedrooms with 3 queens and 2 XL twin beds. All bedding and linen are brand new. 2 bathrooms. Also with spacious kitchen and living room. Amazing!
