The house was located in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean, cozy and peaceful. we especialy enjoyed the sun room with a beautiful lake view.

Great little place on the water perfect if you want to spend some time outdoors. We were visiting for a wedding so didn’t get a chance to enjoy it! Bernadette was a great host and lives right next door if you need anything!

It was peaceful and perfect stay here. The lake view and quiet neighborhood was great for us. It's located close to Historic Sanford which has lots of restaurants and shops and is just an overall cool spot to walk around.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michele's place! Everyone loved it. The home exceeded all of our expectations. Check in was a breeze, the home was in excellent condition and beautiful, it was well equipped with everything we needed, and the back porch on the lake was wonderful. Michele is a terrific host and made everything very easy. No hassles, easy to follow instructions, check-out was simple and not overbearing. We highly recommend her home and will definitely return!

This was our second time staying at The Acorn. The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed...toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, coffee and tea supplies...so pleased that we didn't need to run to the store to get any of these items! Dan and Michelle are very quick to respond if we ever need anything. Had some issues with the internet and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. We love relaxing in the back yard and enjoying all of the wild life. The alligators won't bother you if you don't bother them! I absolutely recommend Dan and Michelle's beautifully decorated home to anyone who would like a relaxing, clean, and comfortable place to spend their vacation!

loved the lake which has a waking trail along side it - cool birds! house has a couple different outdoor sitting areas! lots of space. I really enjoyed it!

Great spot for a visit to central FL. We did one day at Universal and spent the rest of our time enjoying the nearby springs. Evenings were spent enjoying the back patio at the house.

Such a fun spot, pool and lake were great, great for families or individuals - so much to do and so convenient to Tavares and Mount Dora… and the fishing was amazing.

Staying at the Lakeview Tiny Home was definitely a time of memorable moments for our whole family. Such a lovely area, the space was so cozy and well maintained. Nicole was so helpful/amazing from day one. Always responsive. Very clear with all the instructions. Nicole even left our dog fluffy his own little food bowls with a milk bone. That was so thoughtful of her🥰. I highly recommend your gateway vacation at the Lakeview Tiny Home. We enjoyed every second of it✨️🤍

Laurie's bungalow was very cozy and comfortable for our little family while staying in Winter Haven! The host was very accommodating to our last minute booking which was appreciated. The bed was super comfortable, the water warmed up quick, and the water pressure in the shower was great! Full kitchen with everything we needed. The baby loved splashing around in the bath tub. Downtown shops and restaurants were right down the road. Check out Egg Haven for breakfast & Richards Fine Coffee shop for breakfast and coffee. Walking path right across the street was beautiful and peaceful. We saw so many wild animals and beautiful flowers on our walk. Easy check in and out instructions to follow!

We were in town for a horse show at the Florida Horse Park. I had myself, my 17-year-old daughter, and two college girls. The girls had plenty of room in the master bedroom and the second bedroom was perfect for me. The mattresses were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the bathrooms. The kitchen was super nice. There was a game room attached, which was a lot of fun. We did not have a lot of time for the Lake however the beach area was nice. Pam was very welcoming. We will stay here again!

Wonderful stay with 8 women celebrating a milestone birthday, the layout of the house is perfect, open concept and beautiful trees surround the property in a nice quiet area. Worth it and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful experience, it was about a 15 minute drive to stores, it was peaceful I stayed by myself while the other half was at paramotor classes and I felt safe, we never locked the door during our stay. it was private and very relaxing much better than being in town. We look forward to our next stay there.

Very accommodating of our request and always there to answer questions. Loved our time there and only wish we could have stayed longer. Even though we are local, will definitely be back again for some time away from home. Very much worth it. Great space for travelers with dogs.

He was wonderful! I spend the weekend before my wedding and needed a place that was relaxing and cozy and this was exactly it !!! He received us with flowers as congratulations he made sure everything was perfect ! Everyone that stayed loved the air bnb. This will for sure be my go to place when I come back for vacations 🖤 If you are thinking about it do it the price is so worth it

It was a good long stay for 2 weeks

Our stay was wonderful! After looking at many places, we decided on the Gemini Lake House. It was super close to Stetson, Stanford and New Smyrna beach too. I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness of every detail. I will give no spoiler alerts as the details were so pleasant. The beds upstairs were co cozy & the linens were too. The Views from the master of the Lake were priceless and so was the sunrise! I stayed with both my boys (15 & 18) and felt very safe in the home and area. Being from Minnesota and Georgia, we were not used to alligators in lakes so we were so nervous about being on the dock with it low to the water. But- we caught a fish and never saw any gators (trust me I looked out my window at night and in am lol) The downstairs was fun for us to play pool and view the lake as well. It was just us 3 so we didn't use the 2 bedrooms and kitchen or bathroom downstairs. I would love to see the bedrooms downstairs with either new LVT or newer carpet. We Loved our stay!! book

With just a slight mix up when we arrived. Joseph was right there after a quick text. The house was nice and very close to universal! We loved Keke’s which was close by for breakfast! Cute little pond in the back and lake in the front!

Our stay at this beautiful and spacious lake house could not have been more perfect!! Our very large group stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, swimming in the lake, coffee on the veranda while watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, playing games at the large table, watching movies in the beautiful living room, eating meals cooked in the giant and very well stocked kitchen & climbing into the most comfortable and cozy bedrooms! The home was spotless and Raymond was readily available to help us when we had any questions. If 10 stars were possible I’d give them!!! If we’re ever back in town as a family this will be the place we stay at!

We rented the lakehouse to go to Legoland with no other plans. The place was as described and very nice. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The dock was nice and our son even wrote "walk to the dock" in the guest book of things to do. The house is close to Legoland, Lakeland, and Winter Haven. It took us 1 hour to get to Tampa, so location wise you could do any theme park in the Orlando area or go to Tampa within a 1 hour drive. The host was very responsive for the few messages we exchanged. Luckily we encountered zero issues but I would imagine she'd be just as responsive if needed. The house is off what I consider a busy road, but once inside the gate it's not bad. All rooms had noise makers, which we thought were a nice touch! There is a Publix right around the corner and that was convenient. Overall I would highly recommend this property. It's far enough out to be peaceful but close enough to do most attractions in the central FL area.

This place was exactly what we were looking for my family had a blast making memories the only thing we wish is we would’ve booked longer we will definitely be back
