Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage overlooking lake. It is close to several other lakes & dog friendly parks. Comfort was the number one reason when choosing the furniture & mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, keurig, toaster, microwave, cook top oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer and flat screen TV. Free wifi, cable TV, Max, Amazon & Neflix. You have one off street parking spot. Snacks & light breakfast provided. Please note there is an additional charge to use pool.

Our 1920's historic home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from everything. The ColonialTown North district of Orlando (also called Mills/50) is a vibrant, central area with exceptional walkability to grocery stores, a trendy bar scene, LOTS of coffee and boba options, foodie restaurants and casual late night eats. When you're ready, retreat to our porch swing and watch the sunset reflect off the trees. We lived in this space for four years and left it just as we crafted it.

We have fully remodeled our house and would like to share the experience with you. The bedroom come with California king bed. Our kitchen has pots, pans, plates and silverware, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning wake up! We have our laundry machines in-house and yes, you can use them.
