This is a one-bedroom down stairs apartment with your own private deck that is nestled under the tree canopy. Able to sleep 4 people, one queen size bed and one queen size sofa bed. Spilt air conditioning/heating ensures comfort during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot plate, microwave, coffee machine, tea station plus air frier. there is a tv which has Netflix, YouTube and also fast free Wi-Fi available. Located 5 mins from Warrandyte river and 30 mins from Yarra glen wineries.

The building is on a quiet side street but only 30 seconds to the town centre with all the great eateries, bars, cafes, and shops. The area is renowned for world-class wineries and the many other attractions for food, cafes, shops and amazing scenery.

We are only 2 minutes walk to the Great Victorian Rail Trail with no major roads to cross, so its a great stop over for bike riders. We are approximately 45 minutes to the base of Mount Bulla and 5 minutes walk to Lake Eildon. 15 minute walk along rail trail or 3 minute drive gets you to the hotel that has meals every day. The apartment has a kitchenette that includes a Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, hotplate, all cutlery, Airfryer crockery etc.. BBQ and Pizza.

The apartment is attached to the main house, but has its own private entrance, carport, porch area and courtyard.
