Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

The location is right on Daylesford lake Our family has owned this property since the late 1960’s. Originally it was a humble miners cottage. My wife, Rosemary and I renovated the house in 2012 and tried to preserve the original charm and character

We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

There are two separate lounge areas, one with a cozy wood fire and TV, and the other with a reading area. The landscaped gardens and multi-level decks, feature outdoor dining and a 10 person outdoor spa, with views over the oak trees and valley.
