Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

We purchased our home is 2006 and began a complete interior and exterior renovation. In 2023 we installed solar panels and an electric vehicle charging station, yet we also have access to the grid for cloudy days and when power demand exceeds what our panels generate. The Club House sits on the historical Little Pee Dee River in Marion County South Carolina. You will step back in time where life was simple, and days were spent enjoying nature. It was built in the 1950's and has been through many storms but still stands strong and welcomes guest to its 1 acre river front.
