Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). Its beautiful country life so come enjoy it with us! It is duckweed season! Duckweed is a harmless (annoying) green plant that thrives in still water like our cove. It floats on top of the water and is a nuisance. Please see photos for reference during this season.

The Cypress House~Ranch-Style with a View

The Cypress House in rural Sycamore is a Ranch Style home laid out with Family and Fellowship in mind. Mr. Brown's Father built this spacious home in 1999 with cypress trees felled and split on his Farm. Furnished in 20th Century Classic Country style, it includes antiques used in everyday living plus modern amenities. Right on the main body of Lake Blackshear in Cordele, Ga., it has a spacious dock & large gathering spaces. There is a main house & a guest house (Backyard Cottage at the Lake). You may rent one or both of the houses. Parking, patio, dock, etc. may be shared. This listing is for the main house. Approximately 10 miles off I-75 & 7 minutes by car to Georgia Veteran’s State Park.
