We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

This place was perfect! 5 minute walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to downtown (sub 3 minutes). Great spot, and we will definitely be back!

Lynn’s place was just as described. Excellent location-neighborhood was very safe and the neighbors were lovely. The walk to the beach was fantastic.The house was pristine with plenty of amenities, as described. Lynn was very responsive with any inquiries I had-I would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible views! We loved our stay and plan to book again! Comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating options from which to enjoy the incredible views. Comfortable beds and all furniture in great condition. Only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the lighting outside the front door. Many positives to our stay

This is the second time that we stayed at Wendy's beautiful Air BnB. It is well equipped, has a great location, lots of space and all in all a perfect fit for our family. I would stay there again.

Everything was exactly as described! The host was extremely helpful: fast communication, responsive to our needs/ questions, and had everything necessary to make for a great getaway. Kitchen was clean and had all the essentials to cook a meal here and there. We purchased coffee and made our own in the condo. We also walked a time or two to get food and ice cream. The golf cart was a bonus to get around. The games were fun to play too. Thank you so much!

A great place to stay! My family came to California for a wedding and this place was amazing and convenient to everything that we needed. Min was super responsive whenever I ran into an issue. It was absolutely perfect since it was also a dog friendly house and we needed to step away for the wedding and so the dog had a safe place to be as well. Thank you!

The House was perfect for our crew of 13. Lots for the kids to do every day with the pool, trampoline, and basketball hoop and beautiful surroundings for the adults to relax and enjoy the scenery. The house is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great for us because it was drivable to everywhere we wanted to go but nice to be able to come back to some peace and tranquility.
