Waterfront 4-BR home w/ hot tub & charging station

Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Four beach cruiser bikes & private dock w/ 4 kayaks, to enjoy the peaceful Neale Sound. Hot tub + private deck off of the kitchen. Wall of windows inside the home, flooded w/ natural sunlight. Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

Welcome to our home, nestled in a serene and picturesque neighborhood. Our home offers both comfort and convenience for our guest seeking a relaxing getaway. Additionally,the home features two thermostats for personalized comfort,and three inviting patios, two adult bedrooms, one children's bedroom (ideal for toddlers or school-aged kids, with space for up to two), and a convenient crib for an infant. Come relax, unwind, and enjoy! At this time, only accepting booking from guests age 25+.

Located on over 1,000 acres of rolling hillside and lush pasture lands that encompass a scenic 60-acre lake, Shenandoah Crossing® is the perfect place to stay for those who love the outdoors. The resort combines an old country estate and horse farm with acres of wilderness in a pristine area that lies just beyond the Shenandoah Valley. Rustic elegance of a 3-bedroom cabin featuring full kitchen and baths, fireplace, master bedroom, balcony and porches, and separate dining & living areas.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

The house at Quiet Hills is located at the end of a 1/2 mile drive in one of Virginia's most beautiful valleys. There are spectacular views of the mountains and farm from all areas of the 155 acre property. The house is in wine country with Revelation Vineyard just down the road and Early Mountain Vineyard a 15 minute drive from the farm. The Robinson River adjoins the property and offers fishing and kayaking for the adventurous or just sit on the patio and enjoy the views.

Relax in this peaceful, stylish space for one, located north of Richmond. Park in the carport and go upstairs (21 steps) to enjoy privacy, convenience, and safety - with kitchenette, small washer/dryer, smart TV, desk, and exterior cameras. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.
