The Billiard Room, The Green, Biddestone, SN14 7DG

The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. It is ideally placed to visit the World Heritage City of Bath, and to explore the historic villages and countryside of Wiltshire & the Cotswolds. Originally a blanket factory, and subsequently the village school, it has undergone sympathetic restoration to create a unique living space, with a four poster bed, living area and breakfast bar.

We welcome you to Robin’s Nest - a pretty, secret little haven in the tiny hamlet of Long Dean, nestled in the base of the beautiful Bybrook valley. Just 1 mile from Castle Combe and 10 miles from the Georgian spa city of Bath. Robin’s Nest has a secure gated entrance with a security keypad and plenty of parking right next to the nest. There is an outside terrace to enjoy. Robins Nest has been called “the perfect romantic getaway”, “my favourite escape from the city” and “a hidden gem” !

Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

With a private parking space, modern fitted kitchen and cosy log burner it's the perfect place to relax. With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. This little cottage is modern, clean and light with an open plan kitchen to the right as you step in the door and seating beyond with french doors leading out into the garden. The bedroom is small but comfortable with plenty of space for clothes in a fitted wardrobe with hanging and shelves. The bathroom en suite has a bath with shower, WC, basin and fresh white towels. Surrounded by nature, trees, shrubs and with the sound of birds to wake up to this is a truly relaxing place.

Our cottage with sweeping views towards the Kennet & Avon Canal and the Westbury White Horse is situated in the beautiful, historic town of Bradford-on-Avon. Tucked away off the main road and up a short, steep lane this beautiful home is a peaceful haven with main train station, award-winning restaurants, pubs, quaint boutique shops and delis a gentle amble downhill.

A pretty 19th-century detached cottage set within a large rolling garden with shallow stream and summerhouse overlooking meadowland and stunning views over the National Trust medieval village of Lacock. This period cottage includes a double aspect living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and utility room, double and twin bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom with oval bath and fitted shower. There is also an additional bed in the summerhouse if required.

Kellaways House Cottage is located in the small village of East Tytherton, Wiltshire close to the nearby market towns of Chippenham and Calne in the north of the county. Its rural setting provides a tranquil atmosphere without being too far from local amenities. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists, but if you want a bit more excitement, it is also perfectly situated to explore places further a feld in Wiltshire, East Somerset and the South Cotswolds.
