La Peñita de Jaltemba: aluguel por temporada com acesso à praia

Fui con el único propósito de desconectarme de la jornada laboral y relajarme en la playa con mi perrita bóxer, y se logró! El loft esta hermoso y super adecuado, tiene todo lo necesario El personal del condominio en todo momento se porto super amable y respetuoso. obviamente hay reglas y hay que cuidar las instalaciones pero tanto a mi como con mi perrita nos trataron super bien. tiene fácil acceso a la playa y es una playa muy linda perfecta para nadar y caminar Diego estuvo al pendiente de que todo saliera perfecto y no se le escapo ningún detalle para que así fuera. es un excelente anfitrion. Sin duda volvería, pase unos días mágicos.

Excelente alojamiento muy amplio y cómodo ideal para estancias largo plazo y muy accesible para corto plazo contaba con microondas y horno eléctrico cuarto de lavado muy amplio terraza con una excelente vista al mar comedor muy amplio en terraza y el desarrollo Bolongo muy cómodo y muy familiar

SUPER recomendable. La habitación es bellísima, es pequeña pero lo tiene todo. La atención a los inconvenientes que hubo siempre estuvieron al pendiente y resolvieron perfectamente. Sin duda uno de los mejores lugares que he estado y claro q volvería a ir. Eso si... es un lugar retirado de la zona de antros y así pero es perfecto para tener paz y tranquilidad en toda tu estancia. Esta también retirado de supermercados pero hay tiendas relativamente cerca. 10/10 el lugar

The host was great to work with. We had an issue with the washer (leaking) but it was fixed within a day. The view is definitely 5 stars!!! The pool is fantastic. Privacy and security were awesome. The food at the restaurant by the pool exceeded our expectations. The marina has a lot of restaurants and shopping...be prepared to walk some! We went to Wal-Mart to get our food/drinks for the week. The front desk was helpful as well to call for taxi drivers. I'd recommend exchanging to pesos when you arrive at the airport.

We stayed for the month of July and love it! Nice comfortable place. Big shower, big king bed and nice roof top area to chill in. Joanna is a wonderful host that communicates well with her guests. The location is great as you are in a real Mexican town full of nice friendly folks. Most everything you need is there in the small stores that are all over town. The beach in Lo de Marcos is unrivaled. Absolutely beautiful and uncrowded. The south end has a couple beach bars and mellow waves. (We went to Tomatina often on the south end of the beach. Fantastic food and drink and service.) The neighbors all around the unit are friendly and inviting. We would for sure stay there again.

This home is absolutely stunning—from the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a lush garden, a beautiful pool, and thoughtfully curated decor. The upstairs outdoor patio is also very lovely. The house is spacious, bright, airy, and simply beautiful. The town is a hidden gem, perfect for families, with a great beach, charming coffee shops and restaurants, and incredibly friendly locals. Kathy and her team were very responsive, attentive, and overall wonderful hosts. 5/5 stars!

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

La casa de Manuel es tal cual como se describe. Está muy bien ubicada, es muy cómoda, tiene todo lo que uno necesita y tener acceso a la playa es totalmente insuperable! Sin duda me volvería a hospedar en ella. La comunicación con Manuel es muy buena y sencillo ponerse de acuerdo para entrar y para entregar. Gran lugar en Los Ayala!

We were a group of 7 with 2 children. Casa Milu was perfect for us. the kids loved the pool and it was eat access to the beach as well. Very walkable to everything you need, but far enough away from the noise of Sayulita center. the restaurants across the street were amazing and there were many shops near by to get essentials. Luis was a great host and made everything easy and stress free. We would definitely book here again!

Súper cómoda la casa , las Áreas comunes son para todas las casas del coto cosa q no leí , pero super limpias muy buen mantenimiento diario y la casa cuenta con todo lo básico para una estancia agradable

Un excellent service y compris la prise en charge de ma valise le jour de mon départ. Appartement bien conçu, agréable décoré et une cuisine super équipée. Air conditionné efficace. Piscine très propre. Une qualité que je n'avait pas rencontrée depuis quelques années chez Airbnb. Merci infiniment et au plaisir.

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

Muy bonito lugar en cuanto al espacio del del depa y de la áreas comunes! Tiene una vista espectacular al mar. Mis hijos se divertían muchísimo en la alberca de abajo. Inconvenientes muy pocos pero rosmery si los menciona!

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .

Tuvimos una estancia excelente. El inmueble está en perfectas condiciones, limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La terraza es uno de los grandes aciertos del lugar: ideal para compartir momentos en familia y relajarse mientras se disfruta del paisaje. La cafetería tiene buen servicio y es una opción práctica para desayunar o tomar algo ligero. La alberca en el rooftop es increíble, con una vista espectacular. La playa tiene muchas piedras, pero es algo característico de la zona y no afectó en nada nuestra experiencia. Además, Miguel estuvo siempre muy atento y pendiente de cualquier detalle, lo cual hizo que todo fluyera de maravilla. ¡Nos gustó tanto que ya estamos planeando regresar en septiembre!

We have stayed in Airbnb's all over the world and Gabriel's place is right at the top of the list. You will not be disappointed with a stay here. Cleanliness was top notch. We normally spend the first hour or two after checking into an Airbnb doing our own cleaning. This was one of the only times we took a look around and realized that we couldn't possibly make it any cleaner. The photos are accurate, no question about it. If anything they don't do it justice. The view is beyond words. An hour spent looking out over the ocean and you will feel relaxed. I doubt there is a nicer view anywhere in PV. Lastly, we really appreciated that the furnishings are geared towards actually enjoying the space. Not something that looks great in a photo but has no possible functional use. Comfy couches and chairs. Plenty of different spaces all over the condo for visiting or relaxing. Oh, and the beds were terrific! Just the right balance of soft and supportive. Our condo was clean and well stocked with all the amenities. Pool and workout area were great. We were only 2 people so we had plenty of space. The staff was very friendly. We felt safe walking all over town. Be sure to eat at Mr. Cream, Meet Meat, and Karen’s.
