L’appartamento grande luminoso e ben tenuto compreso la biancheria pulita. parcheggio nel cortile di proprietà. Buona posizione , nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercato, bar, tabacchi e anche alle varie spiagge . La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ho passato con la mia famiglia una piacevole vacanza. Grazie della ospitalità

Excelente apartamento, com tudo o necessário para uns dias de férias muito bem passados. É luminoso, muito bem decorado e confortável. Ótima localização, em sítio calmo mas perto de tudo a pé.

Me and my partner had an amazing stay in Olbia and at Sam’s place, it’s close enough to walk to some good bars and restaurants but would recommend a car to visit the amazing beaches, would definitely look at staying at Sam’s place again host was alway very helpful with local suggestions and some little treats 😊 Sam the dog is super cute 🐶

Very nice and comfortable place, right in the middle of the marina great location very close to one very small and quiet beach. the place is perfect for 2 max 3 people. air conditioning impeccable. the place has all the amenities in the flat, eg dishwasher and washing machine work perfectly. only negative is the absence of wi-fi which is not convenient if you do not have data otherwise we loved it

fortunati ad avere due bellissime tiepide giornate a fine ottobre. Siamo anche riusciti a fare il bagno nella bella piscina dell'alloggio... sarebbe stato un peccato non sfruttarla. Yee!

We were very happy with our stay. Claudia was very responsive. Check-in was easy. The marina was beautiful and had a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The rooms were clean and there were some extra supplies in the house to use. We felt we got what we paid for and would not hesitate to stay with Claudia again.

I loved Chiara’s place! Perfect location and easy for taxis to get close to so you don’t have to trek your luggage far yet still right down town, close to all the restaurants and shops. The place was super clean and well appointed with everything you need, nice linens and new towels and a spacious shower. It’s the little thoughtful things that make a great stay and it was nice to have all toiletries available and coffee, laundry detergent, etc. tastefully decorated, felt big for a studio. Great for couples or solo travelers. And street entrance, no stairs. Would def stay again. Thank you!

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

In der wunderschönen Villa Ginepro haben wir fünf entspannte Tage im Frühling verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet und bietet allen möglichen Komfort. Die Lage am Rande einer Feriensiedlung ist ruhig und doch zentral: In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder auch im Zentrum von Palau, wo eine Reihe von guten Restaurants zu finden sind. Die Vermieter reagierten immer sofort auf Fragen und lösten unsere anfänglichen kleinen Probleme mit WLAN und Warmwasser freundlich und effizient. Für vier Personen ist die Villa perfekt geeignet, für sechs wird es allenfalls etwas eng, etwa wenn man wegen des Wetters nicht auf der Terrasse essen kann.

We hebben het prima naar onze zin gehad. Een mooie oude maar ruime woning. Het beschikt over grote slaapkamers met veel kastruimte. In de keuken en bijkeuken alles wat je nodig hebt o.a. oven, vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger. Grote koelkasten met flessen koud water en extra drinken om te kopen. Zelfs 2 badkamers. Buiten een heerlijk overdekt terras en grote tuin. Voordat wij kwamen had het veel geregend, binnen rook het vochtig. Dus we hebben goed gelucht en het huis verwarmd met de airconditioning die prima werkte. Verder een prima communicatie via de app met Valerio. Jammer dat we elkaar niet ontmoet hebben.

Luigi was a fantastic host, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and tips. The apartment is in a lovely complex and we loved the small, quiet beach a 5 minute walk away. It was well equipped with everything we needed and I would definitely stay again!

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Loved our stay and Elena was a fantastic host! We appreciated that she let us check-in early after an early flight. Views were lovely looking out at the harbour and flat was very spacious with good air conditioning to escape the Sardinian heat. Overall we had a very happy stay with our family and would highly recommend.

Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Olbia war sehr angenehm. Die großen Fernseher in jedem Schlafraum und in der Wohnküche waren ein tolles Extra, besonders nach einem langen Tag. Zwar war die Küchenausstattung für sechs Personen etwas knapp bemessen, aber dank der vielen tollen Restaurants in der Nähe war das kein großes Problem. Die zentrale Lage zum Hafen und den Geschäften hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl für einen Urlaub in Olbia!

Clean place and nice vibe. Kitchen and shower great. Lovely location in a remote private setting. We went end of season, was super quiet. Shared swimming pool has great view on the bay. Private beach connected to the location via 10min walk.

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

Complex is very new, in a nice location with all amenities within walking distance. The surrounding area is nice and calm and good to having parking available. Lovely to just sit and look at the views from the balcony. Apartment had everything that we required, was neat and tidy. Even though it was out of season the swimming pool was open although we didn’t try it. Check in and check out instructions very clear and also some lovely touches with the welcome pack and gifts. It was perfect for us and was an ideal place to explore the island. For couples or a family this would be a perfect spot in my opinion. This provided us a great opportunity to get our first taste of what this beautiful island has to offer and we would certainly return to this apartment and Sardinia if we get a chance.

Bellissimo appartamento in un residence a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro. Provvista di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche prolungato. Filippo molto chiaro e veloce nel rispondere. Consigliamo vivamente!
