The apartment is on the second floor of the private family house. You have a separate entrance. The entire floor is an open plan with a terrace and lots of sunlight. You can enjoy a magnificent 180° view to the lake of Viljandi. It`s located 500 m from the center and 500 m from the lake. You can enjoy the old town of Viljandi, old castle ruins, cafes and lakeside sunshine. The house is on the hillside, so it is necessary to use a lot of stairs. Please read all the details.

Tule koos kallima, sõbra või väikese perega nautima saunamõnusid linnaäärsesse väikemajja (19m2). Maja asub Võrumõisas, mis on vaikses suvila piirkonnas, kuid samas Võru kesklinnale ja Tamula rannale jalutuskäigu kaugusel. You can enjoy free parking in the yard at the back of the building. The apartment is in a late 19th century building, on the 3rd floor and the building doesn’t have an elevator.

Wonderful little cabin where to spend cozy nights viewing sunset. Next to the cabin is a nice and clean beach, where You can go fishing, swim or do ohter watersports. Nearby forests are rich in berries and mushrooms. Cabin has a small kitchen, toilet, shower- everything you need for also a longer stay. Visit Võrtsjärv.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
