This is the perfect getaway to hang out with family, friends, or just to escape crowds. Follow the sound of the waves gently crashing on the shoreline and within minutes you will soon be dipping your toes in the sand. A private corner lot with easy parking access. Also, the perfect location to hang on the screen porch or relax in the shaded hammock.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our present day inspired beach home. A brand new luxe beach house with a wonderful panoramic view of Carolina Beach. Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. We allow pets and is limited to 2 pets. $150 per pet applies. Please let us know ahead if you are planning to bring your pet. We look forward to hosting U!

Cozy renovated historic home in historic neighborhood, 1 mi from the riverfront, 2.5 mi from Hospital, 3 mi from the airport, 1.7 mi from EUE/Screen Gems studios, 7 mi to Wrightsville Beach, 15 mi to Carolina Beach, 1 mi to the Castle St antique district, 1 mi to Brooklyn Arts Center, and many sites/shopping between.
