We loved our time in this apartment and the on-site hosts were super friendly and helpful. This apartment has a beautiful view too; we couldn’t have asked for more.

ogólnie bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. lokalizacja dobra, blisko sklepy, wychodek dla psów. w mieszkaniu niczego mi nie brakowało. począwszy od podstawowych niezbędnych rzeczy po żelazko, suszarkę, pralkę, piekarnik i zmywarkę. ładne plaże w okolicy, piaszczysta w Omiš i kamienista( jak dla mnie ładniejsza) w Duče. darmowy parking w strefie zone 2 oplacony przez wlasciciela mieszkania.komunikacja z wynajmującym bardzo dobra. Pani Antonia bardzo pomocna i miła. jak najbardziej polecam. czułam się jak w domu.blisko supermarket Studenac, Tommy, na dole sklep mięsny i 2 bary ana przeciwko piekarnia

Toni and Matea's place was amazing and Matea was so helpful and immediately responded to all enquiries. The apartment is spacious, spotless and straight across the road from the main beach path. Friendly local bars/restaurants within walking distance and close to local shops and attractions. Mountain walks and National parks close by. We are planning to come back!!! Jane and Bill

Ob prihodu nam je gostitelj ponudil welcome drink - rakijo! Lokacija je super, blizu centra in ima res super razgled. stanovanje je zelo prostorno, 3 spalnice in 2 kopalnici. Na voljo smo imeli tud super, čisto nov, plinski žar. Manjkala je malo boljša oprema za žar. Kuhinja je dobro opremljna, pribora je dovolj, na voljo je bilo vse od čistil, vrečk za smeti, tablet za pomivalni stroj itd. Imeli smo tudi dostop do garaže kjer smo spravili naše MTB kolesa in tudi cev za vodo je bila zunaj, da smo jih lahko oprail. Zelo zelo dobra izkušnja!

Excellent séjour. L'appartement est top, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes d'Omis. Conforme aux photos, c'est vraiment aussi joli! De plus Sandra est très accueillante et met tout en œuvre pour faciliter notre séjour. Je recommande vivement!!

Marijana war eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns sogar abgeholt, weil wir den weg nicht gefunden haben. Es fehlen ein paar Küchenutensilien (Kochlöffel, Schere), ansonsten aber super ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist wundervoll, allerdings muss man körperlich fit sein, um ohne Auto zum und vom Strand bzw. zur Stadt zu gelangen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt!

Dugi Rat is a beautiful place with amazing beaches in the centre of town with small pebbles and great access to the sea. It is a smaller town that is bordered by a main road - which is the only downside. The road is very frequented and there is a lot of noise, even at night when nobody is keeping the speed limit. However, if you closed all the windows, the noise was bearable and you could sleep. Nevertheless, sitting on the beautiful terrace of the apartment overlooking the sea in the evening had its moments when you couldn't hear what the person next to you was saying. Apartment very spacious, clean and modernly equipped. Location in a great location, beach almost in front of the house. The "best beach" with small pebbles within walking distance of about 10 minutes. Communication with the owner and his family was great, the landlady gave us a bowl of local fruit on arrival and the host gave us a bottle of homemade sherry on departure. We will drink to their health! The apartment provided not only space to sleep but also facilities for a family with children. Lots of space in all rooms, good Wi-Fi, private parking. I can only recommend and we thank the owner for the wonderful time we had in his property.

Abbiamo fatto dieci giorni di vacanza in Croazia, soggiornando in questa meravigliosa casa! tutto come nelle foto, l' appartamento ha tutto ciò che è necessario e noi l'abbiamo trovato estremamente pulito al nostro arrivo. La casa è in una posizione molto tranquilla e con un paesaggio mozzafiato. Per scendere alla spiaggia bisogna percorrere una strada in discesa (incontrando anche un piccolo market con i beni di prima necessità). La spiaggia è di sassi il mare splendido, con un piccolo baretto aperto fino a sera. Spostandosi si trovano altre spiaggie e bar. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo e risponde molto in fretta. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini (5 e 1 anno) e da uno a dieci ci siamo trovati bene deci. Soddisfatti della scelta fatta!

Blissful relaxation! Ivana’s place is everything the pictures promised. Clean, bright and perfect for a relaxing time away. The apartment is in a quiet residential area set back from the road with a beautiful view of the sea and over to Brac. There was something wonderfully bucolic about watching the neighbour attending to her extensive vegetable patch every morning! The local beach, which is comparatively quiet, is less than 10 minutes on foot where there is a bar and restaurant and a local supermarket on the way. 20 minutes away there are more food options and a range of water sport options. The number 60 bus takes you to Omiš (although don’t trust the timetable on a Sunday night!) which has a lovely old town and a wider range of restaurants. We had a fabulous week and will likely return in the next year or two. Thank you!

Boravak u apartmanu u Omišu bio je nevjerojatan! Zaljubili smo se u mjesto i jedva čekamo ponovni dolazak. Domaćica Maja je divna, uvijek spremna pomoći, a njen tata je prava legenda! Apartman je bio savršen, čist i udoban. Preporučujemo svima ovo predivno iskustvo!

Wir sind in Split gelandet und haben uns auf den Weg nach Omiš gemacht. Am Apartment angekommen wurden wir von Marina schon erwartet und herzlichst Empfangen. Sofort war eine wohlfühlende und vertraute Basis da, sodass wir uns von der ersten Minute an wie Zuhause gefühlt haben. Die Bilder im Inserat sind schon eine Augenweide - allerdings ist der Ausblick vor Ort noch um einiges schöner und unser morgendlicher Kaffee und der "Sundowner" am Abend auf der Terrasse wurden zum Genuss! Die Sauberkeit war eine 10/10, die Kücheneinrichtung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und die Zimmer einfach toll eingerichtet. Zu Ostern wurden wir von Marina und Ihrer Mutter noch kulinarisch verwöhnt mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen, einer Flasche Wein, einer äußerst üppigen Käse-Schinken-Platte und Süßigkeiten für die Kids! Marina war immer stets erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tips für Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Zusammengefasst eine 10/10 und eine hundertprozentige Weiterempfehlung von uns!

Mein Freund und ich haben die Unterkunft für 2 Tage gemietet und wir waren absolut begeistert! Die Wohnung ist makellos. Wunderschön eingerichtet, hell und sauber!! Der Außenbereich (Terrasse )ist schön geschützt, so dass keine Nachbarn einen beobachten können. Slavko ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse mit Steigung, ohne Wendemöglichkeit, nur zur Info falls mit einem großen Auto angereist wird. Parkplätze sind aber durchaus vor der Sackgasse zu finden. Wir waren begeistert! - Danke Slavko !

We had a fantastic stay at Jadra’s house. The room was nice and cozy, offering everything we needed for a comfortable visit. From the well-maintained amenities to the welcoming atmosphere, it felt like a home. Jadra, our host, was simply superb. She greeted us warmly and was incredibly helpful, always available to answer our questions and provide local tips. Her genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a pleasant, hassle-free stay, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here and our host was very responsive and helpful from day one. This was one of the cleanest airbnbs we have ever stayed in, and the view from the balcony was truly spectacular, especially the sunrises 🌅 . There is a beach within walking distance too, where at night you will see locals crowding around a game of bocce ball. Would definitely recommend staying here, it’s a real gem.

Perfect apartment with amazing view, parking, kitchen with full equipment and air condition ;) huge Tarrace with jacuzzi for lazy evenings. few minutes to the sea by walk and about 10 minutes by car to the sand beach in Duće. Host is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended! :)

Evde konaklama için tüm incelikler düşünülmüş. Ev estetik olarak çok güzel bir tasarıma sahipti. Güzel kokular ve küçük ikramlar yerleştirilmiş. İletişim de çok iyiydi.

We had an amazing stay at Kristina's place! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. Kristina was an exceptional host, incredibly welcoming, and always available to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. This home is ideal for a family getaway. Our kids loved the pool, trampoline, and table tennis, while we enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The location is perfect as well—situated in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, yet close to both Split and Omis. Omis, in particular, was fantastic for outdoor adventures like rafting, boating, and ziplining. We have made a countless of new memories there. Highly recommend this spot for families or couples looking for a relaxing and fun escape!

WOOOWWW!! My husband and I have stayed at many airbnbs the last 10 years and I can say this was in the top 3 we have ever experienced. Marija is not only an exceptional host but her home is GORGEOUS!! When we arrived Marijas smiling face was there to greet us and show us around. She also had an insanely generous greeting basket for us full of snacks goodies fruit and wine! The apartment was so clean and fully stocked. The kitchen was very user friendly and had everything we needed for my somewhat high maintenance chef of a husband to cook us a delicious meal. The sunsets and views were jaw dropping from the balcony. The very clean and in perfect condition hot tub was enjoyed by all of us! The washer was very efficient…oh did I mention the blackout blinds?! So helpful for my children. She gave great restaurant recommendations and the town of Omis is adorable and just down the hill. It had everything you needed and a gorgeous beach! We will definitely be back and give Marija a huge hug!

Appartement très propre, fidèle à l'annonce et bien équipé : cafetière, lave-vaiselle, sèche cheveux, chaises longues..3 grandes terrasses pour manger, profiter de la vue sur la mer et profiter du jaccuzzi. Gros plus: le garage privatif! Hrvoje est très reactif sur les demandes: nous avons eu un souci technique avec le jaccuzzi qui a été rapidement réglé. Idem pour 2 ampoules grillés qui ont été changées illico. Deux tous petits bémols: - l'appartement est à 200m de la mer avec une bonne côte à négocier (40m D+) - le jacuzzi est plus petit que sur les photos. A 4 (dont 2 enfants) c'est tout juste... Sinon le séjour s'est tres bien passé, je recommande vivement!

Katram iesaku šos brīnišķīgos apartamentus, ļoti tīri, skaisti, labi aprīkoti. Ir veļas mašīna un veļas žāvētājs, terasīte brokastu kafijai. Saimnieks atsūtīja visu nepieciešamo informāciju un ātri atbildēja uz jautājumiem. Visas norādes bija precīzas un labi saprotamas. No apartamentiem ar kājām var aiziet uz zilo ezeru, tuvu arī veikali un kafejnīcas.

Toller Ausblick auf das Meer und Brac. Die Terrasse ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Der Pool liegt in der Sonne und bietet ebenfalls einen super Ausblick. Der Whirlpool war sauber und erreichte die 40 Grad. Auch das Apartment war sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Es war sauber und alles wie beschrieben. Milicia und Mirko sind sehr nette Gastgeber.
