First time using Airbnb. Thought it was going to be a hassle but to my surprise, very clear and easy instructions, responsive landlord, and helpful security guard made for a seamless check-in. Upon check-in, place was tidy and clean with a great view and a stone’s throw away to Midvalley Southkey. Great location next to highway and Shell station in-front for convenient petrol top-up. Parking lots are spacious. Well equipped kitchen with clear instructions on usage of stove, and rubbish chute located next to the fire lift. Nice swimming pool and gym located on level 9. Convenient store and eateries at level 1. Wonderful stay. Highly recommended especially if you drive, the location is centralized to many JB places of interest and only 10 mins to the causeway. 15mins to play pickleball with friends at Permas Jaya, 10mins to Hai Kah Lang, 20mins to Premium Outlets.

The clear labels and instructions made it easy to settle in—such a nice touch. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. The building’s amenities were a big plus—we loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym (plus the staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful!). The sea and forest views were breathtaking, too. KC was the epitome of a perfect host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable stay. Effortless check-in process particularly loved the convenience of keypad entry. The apartment was precisely as photographed and described, with a warm, stylish ambiance that was home away from home. Liked that there was both aircon and a fan for extra comfort. Since we were on the 17th floor, the view was just perfect. It's also a short drive from some great cafes and spa places that contributed to making the stay feel like something special. Super comfortable and convenient where especially host is very responsive and made sure our stay is enjoyable!!! Totally recommended

Vivi and Li were very helpful and considered. They responded promptly to our requests. Li helped us solving trouble on facility reservation very timely and enabled us stayed out of worrying. The house is clean, tidy and well equipped. They even provide handphone charger cable, beach sandals which are not mentioned in their amenities list. Place was really nice and clean to stay. Everything was there as mentioned. Lots of nearby restaurants and other activity places. Host is very responsive.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 young children stayed here for 2 nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a water filter that dispenses by hot and cold water and clean towels. My kids enjoyed the water play inflatable in the garden and the toys in the house. Sunway citrine, a family friendly mall with a supermarket and restaurants is just across the road which makes it super convenient. Legoland is also a short 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

We stayed at Bryce’s Homestay and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is great — peaceful, yet close to everything, making it a perfect spot for families. The place is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The only inconvenience we faced was the occasional power trips, which can be a bit disruptive. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. Would definitely recommend, especially for families looking for a quiet and homely stay.

Cheryl is nice and responsive. She take our feedback seriously and action to it quickly - she provide some alternative solutions proactively. The house is well maintained, clean and cozy. It is exactly the same like the description in Cheryl's photos and listing. We are happy with our stays and will come back in the future :)

The house is very clean and comfortable. The only ‘inconvenience’ is the guard house when we enter. The guard is not the friendly typed.

Had an amazing stay at Ong's apartment! It is exactly as photos and what you see is what you get (and may even be pleasantly more too!). The apartment is really comfortable, clean, and spacious! & I especially loved that it is on the 31st floor, the wind is amazing! Also really appreciate that there is a water filter installed at the kitchen tap too and that the towels provided are nice and fresh! I saw videos of the gym and pools and they looked incredible too~ didn't have the time to explore them this round, but will definitely check them out the next time we stay at Ong's! Thank you again for providing such an amazing place for us~!

レゴランドへ遊びに行くため宿泊しました。レゴランドまで、歩いて3分ほどの距離にあるのでとても便利です。 周辺にスターバックスコーヒーや24時間営業のスーパーもあり、食料品の買い出しなども便利でした。 また、レゴランドへ行く際はぜひ利用したいと思います。 困った事があった時もすぐに対応してくれて、メッセージのやり取りもとてもスムーズなので助かりました！

my second stay in Jason's place. super nice host. we accidently broke the plate and he was so kind and did not charge us. super clean and well organize house.

Awalnya kami memesan untuk 5 orang, 2 dewasa dan 3 anak2. Namun ternyata Ibu saya mau ikut pada H - 1. Saya tanya mr. Poh bagaimana, apakah ada biaya tambahan atau tidak? Mr. Poh jawab tidak masalah. Kami menginap selama 4 hari 3 malam, secara umum cukup puas dengan apartemennya.

Great comfortable place which is toddler friendly. Very clean and well maintained. Really well equipped kitchen and laundry so it’s convenient for short/ long stays. Super conveniently located above the mall with direct access. Mall has large supermarket and many eatery , it was so easy for us to sneak away for a massage while our kid was asleep upstairs. Although not near any breakfast places and road outside often traffic jam, it’s still convenient to get breakfast delivered or travel by grab to city Center or even Lego land. Thanks for the stay! I

Good host and all things are thinking about customer. Almost everything is considered for home stay. Near to xpark which is more fun for kids. It is recommended to stay here.

stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.

As always our stay was wonderful! Yongs place is ideally situated with it being only 5 minutes walk to Mall of Medini and Lego Land. It’s clean, well maintained and spacious with comfy ‘home like’ touches that make your stay truly enjoyable. I travel to Johor fairly regularly and stay no where else
