Awesome spacious place. Super comfortable, better than pictures. Great AC, wifi, larger than average shower, good supplies. Modern appliances & furnishings. Plenty of lights & storage. Communication was ok, good during stay. Can arrange laundry to be done. Note to contact 30 minutes prior to arrival for someone to meet you. Very helpful. He told me but I forgot so had to wait to get in. He came in specified time. Nice small balcony. Has morning to afternoon sun. Great plaza park with colorful water fountains right beside place. They have just started with Airbnb recently. They have a few rooms available. Across the river from an old fortress. Note plaza & fort has nighttime music past midnight sometimes. But you can go to kitchen couch & shut glass doors to reduce noise to sleep. Bus station 10 minute walk. Has refrigerator, no freezer. Could use more kitchen utensils? I noticed an odd smell in bathroom? I would highly recommend place for its comfort & space.

Very nice place for 2-3 people that want to visit Niš! Super cute apartment with amazing view and in great location! Clean, bright and had everything we needed! Would come back for sure!

The place is right one street away from kafanas and restaurants. If you are with car it is paid parking zone in the week days. And in the weekends might be difficult to find free spot. Everything else is great.

The place was exactly as described, clean, and in a very good location. Kristina was responsive and friendly. Would recommend to anyone staying in Nis.

Sve je cisto, uredno i sredjeno! Takodje s' odlicnom lokacijom, pogotovo ako idete na neko desavanje u Cair Hali. Vraticemo se ponovo!

Good private location. Had parking available for free but I think it depends on season. Apartment was really good, a bit dusty behind couches and floor mats weren’t washed. Bathroom was clean and bathrobes with towels are provided. Keep in mind spa is not free, there is a discount though. The spa was absolutely amazing and very quiet and relaxing. (Jacuzzi didn’t work though). Location is ~5min away with a car from central parking. Overall totally worth it, definitely recommend if you are on a budget but still want to ski and go to sauna/spa in the evening.

Το σπίτι είναι φοβερό,νοιώθεις σαν να είσαι σπίτι σου. Ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, ο καναπές ανοίγει και γίνεται king size κρεβατι. Τηλεοραση με ήδη συνδεδεμένο Netflix και ωραία σύνθεση. η κουζίνα είχε τα απαραίτητα κουζινικα σκεύη,κατσαρόλα, τηγάνι, πιάτα, ποτήρια, κούπες και το ψυγείο inox μεγαλο. έχει τραπέζι και 4 καρέκλες ψηλές για να κάθεσαι να φας. το μπάνιο πεντακάθαρο, μεγαλο, με ζεστό νερό, σαμπουάν και πιστολάκι μαλλιων. η κρεβατοκαμαρα ,με μοντερνο design ,καλογουστο και άνετο κρεβάτι,διαθέτει κ μια μεγάλη ντουλάπα. το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 4 όροφο, χωρίς ασανσέρ κάτι που εμάς δεν μας προβλημάτισε, παρόλο που έχουμε μικρά παιδιά... Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα το σπίτι, από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε μείνει! την επόμενη φορά στο Νις,σίγουρα θα μείνω εκεί ξανά.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour dans le studio Matovic. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et réactivité de notre hôte par message. Notre hôte de substitution (ce n'était pas Jelena au final) nous a accueillis à l'heure. Aussi, n'hésitez pas à prendre contact avec l'hôte avant votre arrivée pour convenir des modalités d'accueil. Précisez également qu'il s'agit d'une réservation Airbnb. L'appartement correspond tout à fait au descriptif et photos publiées sur le site Airbnb. Propre, calme et bien équipé, le studio est situé dans le centre, à proximité des commerces. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour à Kragujevac ! P.S. : le check-out a été fait en "autonomie". Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de revoir notre hôte en fin de séjour.

Everything was fine. The host is friendly and responds quickly. From what you need to know, there is public parking here, and most likely you will have to park on the ground. There is a lot of open ground space behind the hotel where you can park

Po drugi put u apartmanu kod Mladena u Krusevcu. Svaki put kad dolazimo je za nas jasno da cemo ovde doci i aposolutno nema potrebe gledati druge apartmane. Jaaako je moderno i bogato uredjeno, jako cisto i sve na mestu! Krevet koji je 2m sa 2m je jako udoban i kvalitetan. Spotovi koji se nalaze u apartmanu daju lepu i toplu atmosferu. U zentru grada, svuda pesaka mozete da odete. Mladen je jako ljubazan, pravi domacin i odma odgovara na poruke. Svidja nam se sto je jako fleksibilan i nije komplikovan. Sve lepo i jednostavno moze da se dogovori sa njim! Zaista topla preporuka svima koji dolaze u Krusevac – ovde cete se osećati kao kod kuce!

A brand new, very clean appartment a little bit away from the trouble in the city. Nice hosts, great hospitality. Everything available what you need for a relaxed stay. Private transfer service by the family, perfect. About 300m from the house is a small supermarket. If you want to party, walk some minutes to the center and later come back to your bed and enjoy the silence. We have enjoyed the short vacation a lot. Thank you very much!

Great location, good view, spacious, modern apartment with a grocery store on the ground floor but it was Almir himself that made our stay extra special. He genuinely cares for his guests. He took care of us like his own parents. We will always remember his kindness.

Marina ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, jederzeit für alle Fragen offen. Im Apartment haben wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt- modern und sauber. Mit dem Taxi sind es 10 Minuten bis zum Skizentrum, Supermärkte und Restaurants wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Danke 🌲⛷️☃️

Dobar smeštaj za 2 osobe, eventualno porodicu sa malim detetom, u kompleksu sa puno sadržaja. Dobra veza sa skijalištem (Ski bus staje ispred kompleksa i vozi do skijališta).

Katarina is a great host,very friendly and always reliable and responsive for any questions or situations. Place is wonderful,location is great easy to go anywhere with a car or short distance walking !I can’t wait to come back on summertime! Thank you for everything!🤗

We were very satisfied with our stay. Good location, has a market in the building and one 50m away. Couple of great restaurants as well. There is also parking but you have to pay for it, either outside or in the garage. We recommend staying in the garage.
