Koh Chang Tai: hotéis

We wanted somewhere close to the pier for our first night on Koh Chang, as we had been on the motorbike all day. This was ideal, a very cozy little hut right next to the pier and reastraunt, so we ate on our balcony overlooking the water. The room was simple but with a nice bathroom, it even had a working TV so we just sat on the balcony taking in the surroundings and then crashed in bed watching TV. The fact that the rooms are on stilts over the water is so relaxing hearing the waves lap shore all night long. Such good value.

Verkligheten överensstämmer med bilderna! Rummen är moderna och fräscha. Ligger på en lugn strand med en fantastisk restaurang. Man märker på menyn att en från Skandinavien har varit inblandad. Ligger lite avlägset från butiker men är enkelt att transportera sig, personalen är hjälpsam och bokar hjärna transport åt dig. Vi bodde på flera ställen under vår vistelse i Koh Chang men detta överträffar alla!

Очень внимательный персонал, хорошо говорит по английски. Очень чисто в номере.

Alex is a very responsive and friendly host. He helped us with the scooter and told us about local attractions. We had a nice time in this cozy and quiet place.

Le déjeuner est incroyablement bon et varié. C’est vraiment à deux minutes à pieds d’une magnifique plage. Et, c’est super propre. Les employées passent leur temps à faire le tour pour garder tout ça très propre. Seule amélioration à faire: mettre des rideaux foncés dans les dortoirs autant pour les lits que pour la fenêtre. Il faudrait aussi penser à régler les câbles d’acier qui supportent les rideaux afin d’avoir de l’intimité pour les lits du bas. Ou carrément changer le système pour mettre des pôles de rideaux coulissants. Autre suggestion: installer des ampoules à faible éclairage pour chacun des lits, surtout que tous les tissus sont blancs.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Little Eden! I extended it and ended up there for about 2 weeks. The huts are on the boarder of the jungle & less than a 10 min. uphill walk from the 1 main road in Lonely beach. The grounds the bungalows are very nice. You can get to the beach on foot in about 15 minutes and there is some good authentic local food in the area. There is also a pool bar & restaurant just a 5 minute walk up the hill from the accommodation. I laundry service was a good price and quick however some of my things did get bleach stained. There is a padlock on the door but the hut and the bathroom are pretty open to the outdoors so the mosquito net is necessary, you are in the jungle! David and his staff were welcoming and helpful. The resturant at the accommodation has a variety of western and Thai food. It worked well as a space to do work and drink cappuccinos! Thanks for the stay

Kuy and his staff were lovely. Always smiling, so laid back. Great cooked breakfast of egg and toast, and wonderful coffee every morning. Lovely friendly place, very peaceful but still close to all the Kai Bae facilities. We’d definitely stay again.

Virkelig rart sted! Lidt væk fra stranden og de “store” gader, men det er perfekt, hvis man lejer en scooter - man kan komme rundt på hele øen på ingen tid. Bungalow til 3 personer var perfekt, intet manglede! Vi endte med at forlænge!
