We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

1000 sq ft basement 1 br apt which is below my home. I live on the top 2 floors. This space is fresh, modern style! fully 3/4 acre fenced yard for Dog guests. Private settings with some of the best views in WNY! 2 miles from town. This home has a few pets, 1 adult dog, very friendly! Also a barn with 2 horses and a cat. Environmentally friendly. And dog friendly! If you come with a pet please tell me alittle about your furry friend!
