We had a wonderful stay, the property was gorgeous inside and out. The views from the hilltop were spectacular as pictured, and it was nice to be able to walk the grounds and enjoy time outside. The hot tub was lovely too. The beds were all comfy especially the master suite; there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the huge TV in the living room especially. Thank you!

Charlie is the most understanding owner I’ve ever spoken to. Although there was multiple issues that we came in contact with he was super understanding and had so much patience with me. He truly is a wonderful man and his communication is top 10. His house is the loviest and I’d 100% recommend this airbnb if you’re thinking of staying here.

What an amazing stay! My husband and I hosted our intimate family and friends wedding on the grounds and could not have imagined a more perfect day for ourselves. The hosts were beyond accommodating by allowing us to check out the area and house before our stay to begin planning our decorations, sleeping arrangements, etc. The grounds were full of beautiful nature, wildlife, and farm animals, and our guests kept saying the would love to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family/friends vacation, peaceful retreat, or small event! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After a day at Hersheypark, we arrived just in time for a beautiful sunset. The view here is really wonderful. This is a beautiful and peaceful property. We were so thankful for the snacks, cookies, and gift of a mug with treats :) They have everything you could need. The hosts were very friendly, kind, and responsive. We would have loved to chat with them more if we had more time. My son and our pup enjoyed running around the grounds and playing on the swing set. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. We look forward to our next stay to spend time exploring the nearby trails, fossil sites, and alpaca next door.

Great house in a secluded location. Had everything we needed and everything was in working order. Special thanks to Randy the property manager. Super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had anything we needed. We visited on a snowy and icy weekend and he made sure everything was clean and clear so we could get in and out of the property. Excellent service and it was greatly appreciated.

We stayed here while visiting family over Thanksgiving. The place was clean and kitchen was well stocked to do some Thanksgiving meal prep. Linda was very responsive and accommodating.

We had a few minor issues but they were taken care of immediately. Melissa was very accommodating. Planning on going back. Great layout of the property.

This is our second stay at this place and it was a great! We were able to do "Christmas" with local family there. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook. The grocery store was right across the street for forgotten ingredients. It was a warm and welcoming stay.

We had a great stay!! It was the perfect location. Everything we had planned to do was in a 10 minute driving distance. The house had a great vibe!! There was plenty of space for our group. If we are back that way again we would definitely book at Mim's!!

We love this property, I take my own children and all of our grandkids, they have room to run. The house is big so we are not on top of each other. I will go back year after year!

A group of us stayed at Lamar and Amanda's. It was perfect. With all of the bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone had their private space while still having places to prepare food and hang out together. The place is immaculate and has well-equipped kitchen. The land that it sits on is beautiful and we were able to take walks enjoying the scenery. It is very private but 8 minutes to the conference we were attending. Don't miss the Banty Rooster restaurant. It's close by and the food was great. I'm a fellow host and would definitely return!

Stayed two nights to attend a nearby wedding. Only about 10 minutes to nearby Annville where I visited Swarta Coffee for breakfast and the pho restaurant for dinner. There is a natural foods market in Annville as well. I have asthma and was ecstatic to find this Airbnb that uses unscented laundry and cleaning products and no plug-ins, diffusers, scented candles, or air fresheners! Everthing was exceptionally clean and the AC is individually controlled by guests in the unit and worked great. Tammy left me a bag of food so I could feed the chicken flock which was fun.

My family had a very comfortable stay at Jami’s place while we visited the area for our trip to Knoebels. The location was great and in close proximity to the park as well as some other local spots we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A fantastic home away from home while visiting friends and family in the area. Enjoyable evenings with our 2 young kids in the garden and the tree swing. We'll definitely be back soon.

The minute you drive up, there is a feeling of calm relaxation. I absolutely love the pristine property and simple elegance of the home. If I ever have the opportunity to return, I will stay here.

Lisa, the hostess, knew several friends of mine so renting her house felt like old home week. The four bedroom, two bathroom New England style house had charm and character, from its welcoming front porch to the bedroom with a balcony overlooking the living room with its ceiling fan and colorful church-like circular stained glass window. Well chosen furnishings added a note of comfort.

David and Liane's lake house was exceptional, my family thoroughly appreciated the scenic views of the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable and I admired the tasteful decoration. The fireplace greatly enhanced our dinner experience, maintaining a warm and cozy atmosphere. David was very helpful prior to our stay, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. They provided an abundance of kayaks for use during warmer weather. My sons particularly enjoyed the included board games. The sunroom offered the most spectacular view in the house.

My girlfriend's and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous, historic home! We were really blown away by the original details, like the flooring, the fireplaces and the enclosed back patio room. Amber has clearly been loving restoring this home and it was a pleasure to get to experience a slice of history!

This was our second time staying at Ada’s place. Again it was a relaxing peaceful stay. Ada is a great host!

Our family was in town for our Grandfathers funeral. While this was a sad occasion, Katie’s place was a place of gathering and celebration. Special memories were made and it was a perfect space to spread out and connect. Her home was so clean and the scenery is beautiful. We had everything we needed and we would recommend this place to anyone. It’s also great if you have kids. Our kids loved the little playground and bin of legos. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for the 16 of us! If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay at Katie’s!

My friends and I rented this house for a ladies weekend and it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we loved the little community. We specifically wanted a place where we could enjoy the property and not leave so this was great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, enjoyed sitting on the porch, kayaking with the provided kayaks and walking around the lake. It was peaceful in and outside and we look forward to coming back one day!
