Ron’s Knik Glacier Views is a brand-new private guest suite with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and River. Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. It’s a comfy studio with kitchenette and refrigerator. Perfect for an adventurous getaway in Alaska! PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A SECONDARY UPSTAIRS UNIT ABOVE THIS STUDIO.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Outside you'll find a patio with a smokeless fire pit and a chicken coop. In winter, you'll be close to Hatcher Pass, Skeetawk Ski Area, and all the winter recreation opportunities available in the area.

Cute, simple, studio home all to yourself

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Occasional moose sleep in the yard as additional guests. The legendary Valley wind rarely gets to this spot! The bike path is 100 yards away to Palmer or to the South Face of the Butte to climb. Longer stays available with cost savings, just ask. Booking window is opened up only 2 weeks ahead but ask for additional availability further ahead.

The Eagle's Nest Treehouse Cabin

Come and sleep in the trees in Alaska! This cabin is a free standing treehouse (up in the trees but not attached to the trees). It has a kitchenette area and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower). It offers a king size bed on the 2nd floor and a full size bed on the first floor that rests on the floor under the stairs. We are family friendly and love kids of all ages.
