Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhausquartier. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nicht direkt vor Ort, eine Bäckerei/Kaffee ist jedoch in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Dank guter Busanbindung erreicht man Kloten in 5 Minuten sowie den Flughafen Zürich in rund 10 Minuten.

Airport and city center can be reached comfortably within minutes by public transportation.

The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
