Liinda was a great host, and reached out immediately upon asking questions about the area. The place was very quiet, and the backyard was private for our hot tub dip at night. The grill got very hot to cook out meal, and the house supplies plenty of extra supplies in the kitchen and ample towels. Could not have been a better stay! Aleady recommended to friends.

We had a great stay here! Jaime was very communicative, and coming in during a snow storm, she ensured the driveway as plowed and gave us travel tips to get us there safely. Great location for skiing nearby Mt Shasta, would love to come back!

imagine getting a late flight in the snow and cold and getting to a place that was preheated for you. It was really nice stay, very easy to access and cozy for a family. We enjoyed all those labels to help us find things. Hosts are very generous and left treats for us. very responsive and checked in us few times. House is great and roomy. everything was clean and comfortable

Wonderful place to stay. The home was updated, clean, and located close to several trails. The hosts are very accommodating and kind. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone interested in seeing the redwoods!

The place was very cute, had a spacious feel to it, and is very private. The host responsiveness was second to none, they are extremely good with checking in and providing assistance where needed. I would highly recommend this host and property to anyone needing a nice place to stay.

Greeted by warm and friendly host and some sweet baked goodies upon arrival. Everything was as described. Location was close to our outings. The kitchen and bathroom were superbly stocked with common essentials plus more. The beds and living room furniture were super comfortable and warm. We enjoyed relaxing and enjoying a hot cup of chocolate or tea after returning from our adventures. Deborah was great! Would stay again and highly recomend.

Great space to use as a base for the area! The homemade jam was delicious and available amenities were great. Joel provided clear instructions/directions and was available though we didn’t have any questions.

Another great stay here... thank you for the fresh pastry Kim! We always enjoy stargazing in the spa and reminiscing on the days adventures over a glass of wine by the amazing outdoor fireplace. Your place never disappoints, it's such a luxury to have a full kitchen along with the washer & dryer in the unit. We are already working on our next "glamping" getaway up there... Cheers to our wonderful hostess!

Kevin was a great host. Although there was an issue with this particular property, he very kindly extended an offer for me to stay in his personal home instead. This really helped me out, and was appreciated! The communication was excellent, via messages on the lead up, and once in person. He seemed genuinely interested in my trip, and was keen to give local recommendations for me to check out.

First coming in Patrick was super friendly and very welcoming. The comic relief is a good ice breaker. He did an amazing job describing the place then left us to our privacy. I would book again without hesitation.

Katie was so knowledgeable on the area, and helped inform us on the area like no other local could! When we first walked into the house the smell of freshly baked bread filled the room. She made us bread to eat! I ate that bread every day I was there. Delicious. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of the amenities/tools a kitchen should have. We cooked every day rather than going out because we enjoyed cooking there so much! The rooms are tidy and comfy. The washer and dryer were a plus! Having the outside patio area was peaceful and nice to have. So close to cal poly and so close to downtown, yet with plenty of privacy. I recommend Katie’s place wholeheartedly!

Kevin was great! With an awesome shop below and a wonderful apartment to stay in we had a blast! By the way - there's a bowling alley across the street with a great little bar inside that made for a lot of fun. Cool theater next door with some shows going on over the New Years weekend. House has an excellent heating system, a great toaster oven so you don't have to use the big one if not needed. And an excellent pizza place down the way that makes BOMB veggie calzones. Also a grocery store nearby. It's really excellently located. Clean. with a killer view.

My favorite Airbnb experience to date! Frankie was responsive, helpful and friendly. The space was everything we expected and more. It was cozy and felt like a luxury stay with many thoughtful touches. Loved looking out the window in the morning and being surrounded by redwoods while drinking coffee. We took advantage of the hot tub, which felt amazing after packing around a 3-year-old hiking. This is the perfect location for those wanting to explore.

This host was so lovely! The house was so clean and comfortable. We just finished a long drive and were so happy to be welcomed here. There are so many things provided that are so nice to have. There’s a nightlight in the room, water bottles, snack bars, and a flashlight as well. The bathroom is so nice and neat. There’s shampoo, conditioner, soap, and soothing bubble bath. Theres a stocked medicine cabinet and the shower head is brand new! I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone wanting a clean and comfortable stay!

An incredible getaway in Brookings, it exceeded our expectations. The view was amazing, a private and quiet location situated on a lonely knoll in the center of an upscale neighborhood. Maureen, Paul and Audrey were accommodating and kind; they provided an amazing breakfast, which made us feel like royalty. The living area was spick and span, the bed very comfortable. My wife especially loved the sunroom, it’s where we spent the majority of time. Views of the ocean to the west from the sunroom and bedroom, and to the south from the dining room / south deck. Highly recommended, we hope to get the opportunity to stay again.

For a same day reservation, the listing was accommodating & peaceful for a long drive. The host was super communicative & proactive; he sent clear instructions both email & by text. Upon arrival, the place was warm & cozy. Extra sheets & towels were provided for my pets. I used the jacuzzi with the fireplace on - what a morning joy! A delicious breakfast was included, and the presentation was superb & was at a perfect time. The view of the place in the morning sun with the trees in the background was relaxing & calming. Definitely a must if you are visiting Shasta area!

Super nice hosts, communicated very well and were welcoming and friendly. Made us feel at home. We ended up having to check in later than expected and there was no issue. The rooms were very clean and family friendly, the main room was way bigger than it seems to look in pictures which is a plus! And the main bed is so comfortable, after a long day that bed was heavenly! Due to traveling we had to leave very early so we didn’t get to see much of the area around the house, but the host did give us recommendations on cool places within our travel path. Overall a great experience and if we were local we would definitely book again!

Staying with Patree in her colorful oasis was super sweet. Her home is an ode to art, creativity and living an authentic life. Every room was super clean. Patree offered great sightseeing recommendations along with fresh baked bread and cookies! I would definitely stay again and again.

Absolutely LOVED our stay in the Glowing Lotus!! Super clean inside and out, beautiful surroundings amongst the trees and very private, all the animals they have on their farm were such a joy to see, outdoor shower was a treat, good amount of space in the canvas tent to move around in and very comfortable bed, super hospitable and helpful hosts- we couldn't have asked for a more lovely, special or relaxing time! Highly recommend a stay here, and I know someday we'll be back to the Dew Valley Ranch again. Thank you Heather and Nathan!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sweet Elk Suite! The space was cozy, peaceful, and perfectly located for exploring the redwoods. Everything was clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches—from the electric fireplace setup to the charming decor. The hosts were so kind and responsive, and even shared local tips that made our trip even more special. Seeing Cooper the goat and Indy the dog was such a fun bonus! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to relax and recharge in nature.
