Kingswear is a charming character village with some of the most beautiful views across the River Dart. It has shops, pubs, a post office and is a great location being centrally located to explore the whole of South Devon.

Quay Cottage, Kingswear, Devon. Views to die for!

Quay Cottage offers panoramic views of the steam railway, marina, river Dart and Naval College from every window. It sits on a quiet back street and is one of the few houses in the village without steps. Warm and cozy, it is the ideal retreat. Kingswear is home to some lovely old Pubs and is a short ferry/bus ride ride from shops, theatres, art galleries, museums, National Trust Houses, cafes, Pubs and restaurants. Sadly we cannot accommodate pets/children and there is no private parking.

An ideal place to stay whether you want to explore the South Hams, enjoy the coastal paths, Beaches or just the beauty of the River Dart. Plenty to keep you entertained with Agatha Christie’s home, fantastic Restaurants in Dartmouth, famous Brixham fishing Port to even sitting on the Decking and watching the train and boats go by.

Christmas Place, Kingswear

The property is arranged on 3 floors and has superb views from all rear windows to Dartmouth and Waterhead Creek. A parking space in the marina is included. For peak holiday periods only whole week bookings are considered in advance unless there is still availability a month prior to the start date. We welcome families up to six and for other groups we host a maximum of four people.
